Very good value hotel in a good location for Alvor
Nice pool and a very good buffet breakfast
The Hotel has a pool and parking make sure you get a room with a balcony otherwise the room would be too cramped

This was the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is great, brilliant location, only about 5 minutes walk from the town where there are many great restaurants and bars. Noticed negative reviews about the rooms. We stayed in a studio which was fine for us. Beds could have been a bit comfier but not bad. Breakfast is great. The restaurant is spotless and lots of choice. The only issue we had was, as some other guests have commented, the lack of sun beds. The hotel has signs up saying that if towels are placed on beds and left unattended for longer than 15 mins, they will be removed. That doesn’t happen and I get why, however, if the hotel is really busy and you don’t want to reserve beds, it can be a problem. I did raise this and asked if there were more beds and I’m pretty sure more were put out during the last few days of our stay. We are due to go back in October and if we have the same issue again, it may put me off booking the hotel again sadly. All in all, another great stay though. Staff are helpful and friendly and work hard, especially in the restaurant at breakfast time and to maintain the pool area. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent location a few minutes walk into the centre of Alvor , we had a studio on 2nd floor to rear of hotel , well equipped kitchen with fridge , microwave etc , comfortable beds walk in shower . Rooms are cleaned daily , Breakfast is good plenty of choice . Staff are very friendly and helpful . During our stay it was my wife's birthday and we were surprised when we had a call from reception followed by the staff bringing a small birthday cake with candle and a bottle of bubbly on ice to our room ,which was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful of them . Overall a great stay , no negatives , will definately return here .

Just back from a week's holiday this hotel was absolutely fabulous the staff are 5 star plus they are kind and very obliging. The hotel itself clean and close to all shops and restaurants breakfast was top notch great variety for all. It was my birthday while I was there and the hotel brought prosecco and a cake to the room and a happy birthday compliments of the hotel which was a lovely gesture. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel rooms good cooking facilities not brilliant pool is nice but too cold to go in at minute area lovely really enjoyed touring the area the boardwalk is brilliant the beach is beautiful the sea is so clear walked along the shore line everyday

Check in was great and easy, we arrived before the time for check in but our room Was done and they let us in straight away! Staff were friendly and helpful when needed and the pool bar was great with a good selection of food all cooked fresh when ordered! Sunbeds could be tricky not even enough for the amount of rooms there was but we went to the beach a lot instead The rooms were clean but cleaning could have been better for a 4* hotel The breakfast was okay but needed more staff as if something had run out it took a while to stock it back up Prices in the hotel were reasonable

We stopped at this small hotel for a week in June. Check in was easy and we were in our room in minutes. We had a standard room with balcony which was adequate for our purposes. I have to say all the staff were polite and friendly in particular Sasha who was brilliant. The breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of food on offer. Advice was always given if requested. The hotel is a five minute walk from the town centre which is full of beautiful restaurants. There were a few people complaining about hotel and its facilities, granted drawers would be an advantage and better mirror positioning but we didn’t find that too inconvenient. The hotel manager has a weekly meeting with guests who are given the opportunity to voice any concerns they may have but, oddly, nobody wanting to complain arrived at our meeting! I do find the below review rather unfair as we got absolutely everything we wanted from the hotel and had a fantastic holiday and have now booked here next year. To summarise, really clean and tidy hotel with great, friendly staff and close to all amenities.
