Gostei bastante do hotel e das condições do quarto. A localização é boa para o propósito. Fica perto do centro, mas algo distante da praia. Tem estacionamento gratuito para o carro.

Super Appartement mit allen Geräten in der Küche von Mikrowelle bis Pfanne! Alles Top, Pool war very nice! Personal äußerst freundlich. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Sehr viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Für Urlauber mit Auto eine klare Empfehlung als Hotel!

This is purely a review for the conditions around the pool area. A full review will be done once we’ve finished our stay. TO THE MANAGEMENT —- You must invest in more umbrellas and sunbeds. You know how many guests you have booked in this week and it’s clear there are not enough. I’ve seen families with babies, who need shade, battle to find a bed never mind an umbrella and have had to leave the area. I’m now seeing guests having to take some dusty chairs to sit on. We complained and the receptionist Sara very kindly managed to find us an umbrella but as guests we shouldn’t have to complain. Thank you Sara! There is also no policing around the pool in terms of people reserving sun beds. We arrived at 09.00 this morning to find all sunbeds and umbrellas all taken up. There were three empty sunbeds with towels on. The occupants arrived to take them at 11.00! Not acceptable and not good enough.

Highly recommend will definitely be back. Very quiet location. Apartment was lovely huge balcony. Air conditioning very good. No issues getting sun lounger. Snack bar is good well priced. Staff all lovely & very helpful. Supermarket 5 minutes away. €4 in uber down to bar & restaurants.

Lovely hotel very clean, excellent breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful will definitely stay there again. Alvor is a lovely resort and 3 minutes from the hotel is a lovely restaurant food fantastic. Also some lovely bars and restaurants further down by the sea.

Returned here for a week, the room was bright, clean and spacious. We didn't choose a pool view room, we prefer the opposite side as it gets sun on the balcony in the afternoon. All reception staff were friendly, really enjoyed our stay but didn't like that it's now €3 per day for the safe, used to be free.
