コートヤード・バイ・マリオット・アマリロ・ウエスト / メディカル・センター(Courtyard Amarillo West/Medical Center)

Room was very disappointing. It was pretty dirty, smelled, and the tv barely worked. It needed to be restarted every time the channel was changed. The bathroom had used soap bars and hair in the tub. The biggest issue was the beds and bedding. The beds we broken and leaned badly into the middle while the sheets were very scratchy and caused us to become itchy. We believe it’s the harsh detergent they used but aren’t sure. I have no allergies and have never had a reaction like that. The staff was very nice but the hotel condition is far below the Marriott standard.

A fee was charged for parking. This is a "*****" property - now special parking. I have stayed at multiple similar properties and never levied a parking charge. Most similar venues also have a complimentary breakfast/coffee included, again this site levies an additional charge. There were no cups for the courtesy coffee in the room, so I had to travel to the lobby to find suitable cups. Checkin clerk needs better people skills. Won't book again.

I booked with 2 adults and 3 teenagers to which there were only 2 towels in the hotel. I also searched before I booked that breakfast be included, it wasn't and of course none of my booking confirmations said that either. Beds were not as compfy as I expect from a Marriot.

This was the worst Courtyard I have ever stayed in. The first room they put us in had rust all over the inside of the shower. Also had stains on the furniture and hair on the bed. The second room was a tad bit better but still had hair in the shower. I will never stay here again

Awful hotel, room was dirty, 8 completely loose and cracked tiles in bathroom. Hair direr sparked and smoked and almost caugh fire when used. No one in lobby at the front desk, i Waited over 5 minutes wondering what was going on. I went back out to my car and called no answer. Went back in and the person showed up. The entire hotel was dated and looked like. It hasn't been updated in twenty five years.

Property was not up to my expectations when staying at a Marriott property. The room was fine, if dated and worn. Just not what I expect when staying at a Marriott-branded property.

There was toothpaste on the bathroom wall and mildew on the corner of the shower. Things were dusty. The bed was comfortable.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel to stay for this trip was it has a hot tub. The hot tub was empty when we checked in. The food in the 'restaurant' was way too expensive. The bed wasn't very comfortable and no microwave in the room. We won't stay here again.

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. The only positive I can say. We had 2 rooms in Amarillo on our way to Colorado and 2 on the way back. Door locks rarely worked with several trips to get new keys. Very frustrating when you’ve been on the road for 9 hours. Hair and debris in almost every bed. Had to request new linens both times. This is not how Marriott does it. Don’t bother with booking insurance. No one would honor it when I tried to cancel on the way back. Very disappointed. Never again.
