Hotel bom, porem os funcionarios da noite sao muito mal humorados, chegando a ser agressivo a forma de tratamento. Funcionarios do dia excelentes. Cafe da manha, atendimento da cozinha excelente. Quarto bom, pequeno, colchao razoavel.

Nice big room. They gave me a balcony room. Front desk staff was a little over the top and asked me a lot of personal questions. I had a friend come by for breakfast and they called an asked if he was staying. I was sleeping and he left hours ago so I thought it was weird. I also declined maid service one day and then someone had come into my room and left towels in the bed so that kinda creeped me out. They didn’t leave enough toilet paper. And why leave it on the bed and not make the bed? $5 euros for a big towel to use which is kinda chintzy to charge your guests for a towel when you’re a spa hotel. Pool was very nice and heated to about 90 degrees so like a warm bath. The pool area was noisy though so it ruined the atmosphere. They should install speaker system with relaxing music to help guests relax more. I didn’t use the spa area as there was no jacuzzi only steam room and sauna. Breakfast was pretty good. Blood orange juice which I loved and the coffee was delicious. Wait staff was friendly and fast serving for the coffee: thanks for my waiter for his cheerful attitude and smile during my stay.

Clean and decent rooms, but (unfortunately) a (cold) business atmosphere. Seems the hotel is more related to business trips then couples or families on vacation. Breakfast however war very good and Elisa was very friendly. For dinner there was a limited choice in dishes and not very Italian. Kitchen was more oriented to European taste.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and the room was comfortable and clean. We had a meal in the hotel but although the food was good it took a long time to arrive and we were asked our room number three times during the meal. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Fabulous hotel. All the staff at the hotel and in the restaurant were extremely welcoming and helpful. Made our stay very pleasant indeed. Clean room, comfy bed, fabulous breakfast and peaceful picturesque surroundings. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay. Swimming pool and spa is very clean. Room services are perfect and also clean. We didn't order dinner but reasonable price. Wr stay for one night and breakfast included, which was really nice. Receptionists are very helpful and also guided for visiting other places. Very nice and calm environment.

We stayed here for three nights whilst on a fly drive holiday to Tuscany. The hotel is very modern and for us was definitely not a traditional Tuscan place. The main problem is that the bedrooms are just too small, fine if you are staying one night on a business trip but hopeless if you are staying more nights. When we arrived there were two coat hangers in the wardrobe although this was quickly rectified. The cupboards consist of an IKEA hangar in the wardrobe. To be fair the hotel did offer an upgrade at a cost on check in but we declined as the small suite smelt of cigarette smoke. The air conditioning is bizarre as you have to request reception to activate it for you and adjust the temperature - the room controller doesn’t do anything, it took us 2 days to realise. The staff are all very good and friendly. The evening meals are very good, traditional Tuscan albeit in a modern room. Breakfast only average and served in the basement room with so many people and hard surfaces it was very noisy. Reasonably well located for Chianti, Sienna and the villages to the south. It is a bit isolated and if you want to eat out at a restaurant you will have to drive.

Perfect for a trip to Siena and Surroundings. Clean rooms, kind staff and great location. The pool is another added value (summer and winter). And the view is wow!!!!! Perfect for couples, groups or families. I am definitely coming back! And I definitely recommend it!
