良いホテルですが、朝食は改善が必要です

素敵で清潔なホテルです。スタッフ全員がフレンドリーで丁寧で、滞在全体がとても特別なものになりました。間違いなくまた戻ってきます。

素敵なアパートです！リビングルーム、バスルーム、部屋もとても広々としています！Wi-Fiに問題がありましたが、最終的には問題なく機能しました！必要なものがすべて揃った素敵なキッチン！残念ながらあまり清潔ではなく、ベッドとバスルームのいたるところに臭いがしました。

私は3日間ホテルを予約し、さらに3日間滞在を延長しました。まるで家にいるような気分でした。スタッフはすべてのリクエストに応える準備ができていました。朝食は素晴らしく、毎日バラエティに富んでいました。プールは泳ぐのに快適で、プールサイドでは夜のセッションがあり、駐車場はセキュリティのため夜間は閉鎖されます。スイートへの無料アップグレードも受けました。次回の滞在でもこのホテルを予約しました。アーモンドホテルとチームに感謝します。

A nice and comfortable place to stay in Amman, Jordan! The hotel is very close to the city-center and the team was very kind and helpful. Our apartment was clean, with comfortable double-bed, bathroom and small kitchen. It was good to have a refrigerator. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the variety of different local dishes. The hotel has its own parking, which was great as we rented a car and parked there for free.

The apartments are a good size for Amman and have the basics needed. The small balcony is a bonus. The kitchenette is very basic and would be better if it had a cutting board and knife to cut vegetables and dish washing soap and sponge etc. but good enough to prepare some simple meals with an electric cook top and oven. Ahmad at reception is very kind and helpful. There are supermarkets and shopping areas a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is a good selection of mostly Arabic breakfast choices but there is eggs, toast cereal options also. Restaurant only serves breakfast. My apartment was a little tired! A little maintenance is needed. The curtains were falling down and torn in both the lounge and bedroom. And the carpet is the bedroom is worn out in places. Bed a little hard for my liking but OK for short stays.

The room in this hotel was very spacious and even had two bathrooms although I don't know why anybody would neef this in a two person room. The beds are good and the shower was very good. Reception personel was friendly. Restaurant personel a lot less.

We found the hotel on *********** with the expectation it would be just a room when we visited Amman. The service was excellent. The housing keepers provided everything we needed and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The breakfast had a wide selection and exceeded expectations. Abdulla on reception was also really helpful. Thank you for the staff for providing a really nice stay in our holiday

I stayed at Almond Hotel Apartments for over a month and I can honestly say that I felt so much at home. The units are immaculately clean when you move in and service requests are addressed promptly. The building is excellently managed (special thanks to Zeina + Abdullah!). My thanks also goes to the housekeeping team (Ayman, Saeed, and Amr!) who all go above and beyond to provide the ultimate guest experience. Truly exceptional customer service, warm and welcoming staff and the location is just unbeatable! Strategically located in the heart of Amman. Thank you for having me as a resident!

L’appartement est confortable. Manque toutefois de vaisselle pour qui veut y manger. La salle de bain mériterait quelques réparations… lunettes Wc cassée / joint lavabo et fenêtre noircis / poubelle cassée / prise électrique condamnée. Le lit est confortable - c’est calme. Le personnel est très sympa / place de parking pour se garer. Petit dej à la Jordanienne (basique mais c’est bon !) Pour le prix c’est très bien !
