地理位置和房間都不錯，服務也相當可以，英語溝通方便。

The place was dirty. The double bed which I had ordered was 2 single mattresses on 2 wooden box frames. Disappointing.

So bad , nothing in the room , no shampoo no Tissue paper ، There is not even a TV, nor a good bathroom for taking a shower, the water is weak, the reception is bad and everything is forbidden, there is no water heater for making coffee, yet its prices are very high, and the big hotels compete in price

Apart from a nice-enough room (space to move around comfortably and also bigger rooms for higher prices) and a "pretty good" breakfast, what I'll remember most about staying at this hotel is having met the "excellent manager" of the place to whom I'll always be grateful for my 3 wonderful day tours at "reasonable prices" in the hotel car driven by him (the first to Jerash & Royal Automobile Museum, the second to Mount Nebo & the Dead Sea, and the third to the "3 desert castles" to the east) and who also provided additional great services (obtaining the Jett bus ticket to Petra, transport to that bus station in the early morning & finally transport to the Airport upon checkout for leaving the country). So yes, the "best part" of staying at this hotel for anyone, I would say, will be meeting its manager (thank you so very much, Hani). And with that being said, another nice thing about this hotel I was quite pleased by is its location in the vicinity of the Old Town (just about a 5-minute walk to the right after coming down from this hotel) with plenty of miscellaneous shops including restaurants & small grocery places, and yes also located at a very short taxi ride from this hotel (just 5 minutes or so) is the city's "number-one site" which is the Citadel (with also another great site which is the Roman Amphitheater pretty much right at the bottom of the Citadel hill).

I made a booking at this place for a mix dormitory, but when I arrived the lady working there told me that I’m not allowed to stay there just because I spoke Arabic to her. She told me that Arab nationalities are not allowed to stay there even though I told her that I live my whole life in Europe and I even don’t hold an Arab nationality. So I could basically just spoken English to her and she would have let me in. Please be careful before you book with them, because they will disappoint you and so you will have to find an alternative last minute like I did.

The hotel is very well situated, near downtown Amman. I am disappointed of the property of the hotel. We stayed there two nights in two different rooms (two different reservations) and the sheets weren't changed, the bathroom wasn't clean as well. When I demanded to the owner very nicely if she could give me proper sheets, she reacted bad and told me that the sheets were changed. I showed to her the hairs on the pillow and only at that moment she gave me another pillow that took from another room. I don't want to speak bad for them, but I didn't appreciate to sleep on sheets used by others (despite the fact that the hotel wasn't expensive) and the reacted of the owner.

No heating avaible at the hotel. No information about that before check-in.

I’ve booked 2 nights there, and literally they told me , Arabic are not welcome there .. the receptionist was the rudest person I’ve ever meet in my life I’ve been traveling and staying in hostels for more than 15 years , never heard that some worker would say why would you stay here it’s a place for poor people :) , beside she was like you could stay here but you should pay the double because you booked online :) , so I went one floor under and I found a hotel called Nobel hotel the price was 3 more JOD but with a privet double bed , a privet bathroom , and includes big breakfast with many different plates beside they speak good English and always smile , actually they know what they are doing in Nobel hotel . Cheers

Horrible experience, there was no water to take a shower, no towels, all looked dirty... Not recommended at all.
