Worst check in experience
The receptionist was very rude at the beginning he didn’t allow us to check in because he was saying that we have to pay him in cash although we already payed online so I had to call ******* customer service and thankfully they solved the issue with him, many thanks to ******* for the great customer service,
After we got into the room the receptionist start giving apologies for what happened earlier and he gave us a peace of cake.
