My first time in Jordan and stayed here. The hotel itself was located about a 2 minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants so location was great. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were great, answering all our questions about location, area and attractions etc. I would recommend.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel lobby was a true boutique experience. I was upgraded to a suite. The rooms are newly renovated and are super clean. One thing to note was the quality of the furniture and beds which were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for individuals or those visiting with family.

A very bad hotel. They keep changing it's name to clear out Reviews. I don't advise to go there Rooms are smelly. Power goes out at night Hot water problems Bad attitude from Reception staff If you are a solo waman you will be very upset with treatment.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite which is always nice. Unfortunately the A/C in the living room in that suite was not working but the one in the bedroom did so that was not a huge problem. The bedroom was spacious with a kingsize bed and comfy mattress. Wifi was very fast and the smart-tv had hundreds of channels from all over the world. Also a great shower with strong water pressure. The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood with plenty of options for shopping and dining out. One minus: the window frames are installed in a sloppy way so they don't block out the street noise. It's not a particularly busy street but if you are sensitive to noise it's best to bring your earplugs.

It the worst hotel i have ever visit for 1 week no one fixed my tv and there are not providing nescafe and bath robe and teeth bruch it wrost only less than 1 star its near by market good place but bad service

Everything is bad. The meserible reception staff was unhelpful and didn't respect us,he took 50 $ didn't give us a receipt said the system isn't on . The room smells chit. Hair on the beds. Bathroom smells urine. No bellboy to help us with the lagguge You want my advice? don't go there

If you happened to visit Amman in the future don't go to this hotel the hotel service is very bad There was hear on the bed Bad smell in the bathroom Cold water in the shower one of the staff did not gave me change I gave him50 Dollars the cost of one night is45 dollars My visit to this hotel was on Thursday after noon I left on Friday morning After a poor breakfas My advice, don't visit this hotel There is a very nice place near it Hotel Strand I will go there now
