場所は素晴らしく、景色は息を呑むほど美しく、信じられないほど美しいです。部屋の設備も清潔です。

立地、レセプション、客室、バレーパーキング、どれも素晴らしかったです。ヘルスクラブはジム、屋外プール、屋内プール、スパそれぞれ入口が分かれていました。全てに同じ入口があればもっと良いのですが。全体的に素晴らしいホテルでした。

素晴らしいホテルでした。ヨルダンのアンマンで最高のホテルです。スタッフは皆とても丁寧でフレンドリーでした。ジムでトレーナーのアハムド・アワドさんに会いましたが、ワークアウトの指導をとても親切にしてくださいました。ホテルでは無料のバレーパーキングも利用できます。朝食にはナッツやフルーツが豊富に用意されており、屋上のイタリアンレストランも素晴らしく、特にタラのソテーは絶品でした。アンマンへのロードトリップでこのホテルに2泊しましたが、帰りも迷わずまた利用しました。本当に気に入りました。

アンマンにある大手ホテルブランドの中から、素晴らしい選択ができたことを嬉しく思います。リッツ カールトンは、まだとても新しく、美しく、エレガントです。部屋は広く、ベッドは快適で、エレガントな大理石のバスルームがあります。朝食は素晴らしい選択肢と質です。言うまでもなく、ホテルのスタッフのサービスは申し分ありません。

最高のホテルの一つです。レストランでも客室でも、すべての料理の食材の質が素晴らしかったです。

An exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman ✨ From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and perfectly organized. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, making the whole experience truly memorable. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, with outstanding cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities — especially the spa and pool — created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. One of the best luxury hotel experiences in Amman, whether for a getaway, business trip, or special occasion. Definitely a stay worth repeating 🤍

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.
