ゲラサ ホテル(Gerasa Hotel)

衞生差，床上都是頭髮，服務差，前台電話很久才有人接或者沒人接，要個東西要分批等四十分鐘左右，開始的房間很小，跟訂時差距大，後來攜程努力溝通了換了一個大點的房間，衞生間還算乾淨，不講究的可以選擇，價格擺在這。

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early hours of the morning, and check in was very efficent. They do have a lot of functions in this hotel, up on th 6th floor which is where the function rooms are.. We were on floor 5, and on our first night there the music and noise from the function was so loud, we felt as though it was in the corridor outside our room. We asked reception to move us to a lower floor the next morning, as we found out there was to be another function that evening.. We would not have survived another night with just 2 hours sleep.. The staff did this with no issues whatsoever.. I recommend you check which floor you are on at check in, and ask for anything below floor 4 if there is a function. The food was fabulous, plenty of selection at the buffet for the breakfast and evening meal. My vegetarian friend says it was the best vegetarian selection she has experienced in an hotel. This is a dry hotel, so no alcohol is served at all. Non alcoholic beer, water, or soda's were available in the evening at extra charge. Coffee after dinner would have been a bonus, but this was not available. The hotel is well positioned for restuarants and shops within walking distance. There is an international hotel about 10-15 walk away, just past the fuel station, if you do need alcohol in the evenings. The rooms were comfortable, very big, good aircon. Tea/coffee could have been replaced more frequently though.. Our shower screen was a bit ineffective, needed a deep descale, as the water from the overhead shower squirted out everywhere, which caused the floor to get soaked. Overall a very good hotel in Amman. I would definately stay here again.Plenty of taxi's available all the time to take you to the tourist attractions at a very reasonable rate

The service was amazing! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. 5 stars! Our stay was phenomenal. Bed was very comfortable, we got great sleep. Food was great. If we are in Jordan again we will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent staff, especially Mrs Shahad was very helpful and helped me many times. Also, Mrs Ehsan was great in breakfast assistance. The only thing is the loud music coming from floor 6 due to many weddings and events, but it was okay since I was coming so tired from my trips and can only sleep no matter what

I found the hotel staff very helpful & the receptionist helped me with a matter after getting the ok from the manager of the hotel. Her name was Nozik I had just arrived and got helped straight away on a matter to aid my comfort and rest. All in all good

It is a perfect hotel for a stay and has excellent service. Especially for Ms. Noor to upgrade our room and for Ms. Ehsan to serve our breakfast with delicious food. This Hotel recommended for you to stay at Jordan

This hotel is in a busy area, across from the University of Jordan. It's an older hotel, but it's being renovated. It's decent value for the money. But what it lacks in facility is made up by the staff, who provided excellent service. The dining room staff are exceptional, they take steps to make you feel comfortable. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour package. The rooms are like any other hotel. They were clean and reasonably nice. The outstanding features of this hotel were the welcoming and warm nature of the staff, the location (opposite a University), and the food. Our luggage did not arrive with us, which was very annoying, but the reception staff did what they could to help us out. For example, one receptionist Shahad, agreed to sign for our luggage when it eventually arrived. The luggage arrived very late at night and the policy is that we should sign for it. Both I and my husband were very tired as we had a long flight the night before and then were delayed at the airport filling out forms to retrieve our luggage. It might not mean a lot to other people but small acts of kindness like these were appreciated at the time. We also loved the variety of food. I am a vegetarian. I had a good amount of choice of food, which was great. Overall, we stayed at this hotel for 5 days.

Excellent hotel, staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Food was excellent. Room was clean and had everything expected including tea, coffee and water. Room was freshened daily and everything renewed. Highly recommended for a stay in Amman.
