The air conditioner was not working and it was warm inside both the rooms. The temperature was 27 degrees Celsius when we checked in and stayed like that even after 3 hours. Called helpdesk 2-3 times and the technician came to check it but he haven’t been able to resolved it. We had a very uncomfortable sleep in both the rooms. I would request the ***agement to fix this for the future guests or atleast keep a fan in the room.

The Hotel is very welcoming, staff where Professional at all times.
Food was presentable and had a very good choice.
Housekeeping was excellent, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting India.
Have no hesitate on returning back.

The staff were very attentive and the hotel was clean and well maintained. I didn’t care for the party hall next door that was very loud our first night there. Overall I would stay again but request to stay on the side opposite the party hall just incase.

The property is next to a wedding palace and the nights in operation they blasted loudly until 2-4 am.
Then during the day the floor above or the floor below had hammerdrills working all day and into the night. Thankfully the palace was cranking 4-5 days of our stay.

This is a new, clean, comfortable hotel and a great value. It is very convenient to the airport. It's 10 km or so from the Golden Temple and the other sites if you are a tourist but it's easy and inexpensive to catch an Uber. We loved our stay! Great breakfast as well.
