Great hotel to stay. Excellent ambiance, courteous staff, elaborate buffet spread and great taste. Truly enjoyed my stay here. Rooms and Lenin were clean .Would definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

Excellent 2days family stay, good hospitality and all become possible because of Ms. Sarbjit mam. She extended her support from room upgrade, late checkout to good services. Earlier i was afraid because of few negative reviews but understood that all these negative reviews experience of Covid period when staff was reduced. Now things are changed and good. Hotel is clean, Rooms are Rennovated and hygiene is maintained. Thanks will stay again.

Check-In:- Personally a very bad experience right from check in. Initially shown a suite in which the washroom was dirty with vanity counter slab broken. Room lacked basic amenities. Shown another suite and again washroom was dirty. Room: Dirty Washroom with health faucet leaking, shower handle loose and washbasin getting chocked. Bed Sheet torn. TV not working and also the Tea / Coffee machine. Had to get both of them replaced. Lamps were with dust and cobwebs. Reminders provided to ensure toiletries were replenished. Overall very poor standard of housekeeping. No one is bothered to check a room properly before allotting it to a guest. Breakfast:- Area not appealing at all. One one instance found tables to be dirty and no one bothered to clean and also had to wait for bread to come as same finished. All this happened when there were other guests also. When we were offered service there was utter confusion between the two people servicing us. Quality of food not good. Poha was raw and the menu was fixed. Looks like cost cutting involved at behest of guest inconvenience. Washrooms:- The first floor washrooms were dirty and no adequate toiletries. The ground floor washrooms were stinking. No sign of exhaust. The coffee shop was a deserted look and not appealing at all. Overall Experience:- Fest cheated and betrayed and no value of money. Utter disappointment. Would recommend everyone not to stay here.

Horrifying experience.. inspite of pre-booking they made us shift to some nearby even worse hotel after 1 day of stay... full payment was de***ded upfront.. which we had to make as at the last moment we had nowhere to go... Pathetic service and extremely bad and rude behavior of the lady ***aging the whole show

i booked my trip to amritsar on Agoda.com website, booking ID 936325865. Due to prices attraction, we booked Country inn's , Queens Road considering its Radisson group property. & card was suppose to be charged at hotel. But it was wonder to receive message that card is charged same day, later found that property has no relation with Radisson & It is in deep financials crisis as per other reviews this has happened to other visitors too. While reporting to agoda immediately, agoda refused to accept that card is charged, while sharing email & text messages , Agoda refused everthing & insisted to provide banks statement, Agoda team doesn't know that transaction statement can not get same day, it takes time to generate statement, it only meant that Agoda wanted to buy time. I recommend never believe Agoda for security of your card. As card details are shared with hotel & hotel can charge your card any time. This is worst experience, ever had with online bookings. I never recommend to book this property as cautios visitor to pay little more & be safe

Rooms are spacious but that’s all - quality of furniture, fixtures is poor. Iron called for was no ware to be called iron and more over it was sticking to clothes. When asked for another iron was told as of now only this is available. Towels in room were not properly washed. No water in room. Has just 1 night to spend that too 2-3 hrs actually so could ***age, hence my title that if you are not getting anything else then this could be alternate for a night

I wish I can give negative star. As this hotel will deduct the amount from your credit card without your consent , they get the details from hotel booking sites like agoda and booking .com. I have opted for pay at hotel during chekin option, still they deducted the total booking amount 10 days before check-in . The staff is super rude and they think they can deduct any amount from our credit card any time since we have shared our card details to the hotel booking sites. I have cancelled my booking with this hotel just because of this reason, can't trust such hotel or their staff . So I would request everyone to be cautious of such kind of hotels which are into these malpractices and siphoning off the money from the customer's account without their consent. In between , I am still awaiting for my refund. AVOID !!

Even if your life depends on it don’t book this hotel it’s pathetic, the Ac in the rooms doesn’t work, everything in the room is broken, room service is gross…like nobody cares that you are staying in this room…I had to sleep without Ac and fan..it was like a sauna room…after talking to the receptionist about changing the room he was like the whole floor has centralised Ac which run at 23 C and at that time outside temperature was 18 degree…basically he wants to say this only rooms are available on this floor only rest of the hotel doesn’t exist…the whole hotel requires major renovations
