酒店位置絕對的市中心，房間寬敞漂亮，坐在陽台看運河是一種享受，服務超一流，老門僮很紳士，前台接待非常有禮貌，大堂很精質，牆上掛着古典主義油畫真跡。衞生間很大，屋裡床上用品是超一流的，非常適服。這裏夏天的晚上十點半天才黑，夜晚美麗的鐘聲在夜空中回蕩。特別提示：這家酒店可以下午四點退房。

Twice in one day the hotel staff entered our room while we were in it, the last time at 10:30 pm when we were already in bed. Too many of the staff were rude and unhelpful.Room cost was $1,000 for the night, a total waste of money. Pick another place to stay.

The advertisement in ******* is VIP but the hotel asked me to pay incidentals with AMEX to provide the VIP amenities. This was not part of the information at the time of booking

sono andata in questo hotel a maggio del 2023 con la mia famiglia per 4 giorni, l’hotel é molto ma il servizio molto carente, abbiamo preso due camere e ogni giorno non venivano sistemate prima delle 17, abbiamo chiamato la reception un paio di volte e non hanno mai mandato nessuno dell’housekeeping. La pasta non veniva cotta bene è troppo tempo di attesa nei ristoranti, anche Flore ci ha deluso parecchio!

Exceptional experience with professional and friendly staff was a difference maker. Would absolutely recommend. Can’t wait to come back to Amsterdam soon. Keep it up your business model is right on. Put the visitors first and great results will be a natural extension of who you are. Thanks again.

De L'Europe was an amazing place and we will definitely be back. The location is second to none, and the service, food options and concierge are incredible. We have stayed a few places in Amsterdam and this is the one we will return to.

This hotel gets Five stars for me in every category: service cleanliness location and amenities. It was a great stay in a great city and the staff could not have been more wonderful.

Hotel location great, decor also nice. On the surface the service seems good but when it came down to getting things done it was below par. A lot of talk but no action. First complaint would be the hotel saying they would organize my hire car to be returned, but then 5 mins before It was due back reception told me they didn’t bother so I had to rush out and return the car and pay late fees & an extra nights parking fee at the hotel which is hugely overpriced. 2nd complaint would be the very high pitched buzzing noise in my room which the hotel staff insisted they couldn’t hear. I had 3 different friends who all said they could hear the noise. It was very difficult to sleep in the room so I had to have the TV on all night to mask the high pitched buzzing noise. The hotel refused to allow me to swap rooms & also said they would send up earlier plugs which never happened. I went out and bought some myself the next day. My biggest complaint by far would be them trying to over charge me by 9000e on check out. I went over the bill with reception and they agreed that they had made a mistake and fixed the bill, which I paid on site. Only to have them charge my credit card a month later. I am in the process with American Express on trying to retrieve my money. Over all, a bad experience which is a shame as the hotel itself is nice, and the staff did seem friendly.

It functioned more like a 3 star then a 5 star
