初日は、深夜3時に到着したため、割り当てられた部屋が違っていました。 翌日には正しい部屋に通してもらえ、そちらの方がずっと良かったです。

立地が本当に素晴らしい。 内装もとても綺麗で、文句のつけようがないです。 スタッフの方もとても良い人で、色々とおすすめの観光場所を教えてもらいました。

このホテルは最高のロケーションを誇ります。旧王宮まで徒歩2分、ダム広場まで5分、王宮までは10分以内です。王宮周辺にあるような安っぽいホテルではなく、かつてハイネケンビールの工場だった古い建物ですが、とても素敵なホテルです。1階には地元で有名なレストランと小さなバーがあり、必要なものはすべて揃っています。観光客にとってのメリットは、その利便性です。ロケーションは抜群で、レストランやバーは階下にあり、スーパーマーケットもすぐ右手にあります。スイートは広々としていますが、スタンダードルームは少し手狭です。スタンダードルームにはベッド1台と小さなスツール2脚しかなく、少し窮屈に感じるかもしれませんが、スイートは十分な広さがあります。また、オランダでは水道水はすべて安全なため、ボトルウォーターやスリッパは提供されていません。ご自身で持参する必要があります。全体的に見て、ロケーションと機能性は申し分ありません。この地域でまた会議があれば、間違いなくこのホテルを選びます。

素敵なホテル、小さくて居心地の良い部屋、写真と一致していますが、ベッドは小さいです。 バーではおいしいビール、階下のレストランではおいしいディナーをお楽しみいただけます。

Great hotel, brilliant location, staff are very helpful and professional

Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam, just steps from Dam Square and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. The historic character of Hotel Die Port van Cleve gives it much more personality than a typical chain hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, and despite being in such a central location, it was a great place to come back to after a long day exploring Amsterdam. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location — restaurants, shops, canals and major sights are all nearby, and Amsterdam Centraal is only a short walk away. A charming historic hotel with an unbeatable location. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and characterful base in central Amsterdam.

Excellent location, great breakfast and amazing staff

Hotel is very nice. Location is convenient. Room was a bit awkward with the ladder to access the bed area. Shower was spacious.

10 mins walk away from Amsterdam Central Station. Got upgraded to the Junior Suite and our stay was so pleasant.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Room is small but clean. I lived for 2 days not request room service but they kindly leave the clean towel on the door knob very sweet +++ O yes the location is super. Close to all. I will definitely come back.

I was a little worried because after I had booked I read a terrible review. But we found the hotel faultless and excellent value for money in central Amsterdam. Our room was compact but comfortable with coffee making facilities and water updated daily. A lovely shower and nice toiletries. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The bar area and restaurant were a delight and we had pre dinner drinks there and not overpriced either. I would recommend
