Lovely hotel an easy 10 minute walk from Central Station and close to the canals, shops and attractions of Amsterdam. The room was comfortable and a good size and the hotel breakfast was great. A perfect selection of hot dishes (pancakes, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and eggs) as well as bread and pastries, cereal, meat, cheese, juice and hot drinks. The only small complaint was the house keeping wasn't great. Our bed was left unmade on the first day and on both days the wet bath mat was left on the floor while they changes our towels that were neatly hung up next to the sign 'please hang your towels if you wish to reuse them'.

Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The room in the basement was perfect,m so I would not pay more for another room. It is located just 2 minutes from Dam Square so it is very convenient. Many restaurants around and you have toiletries, two bottles of mineral water and tea and coffee maker in the room. It is a wonderful hotel.

Perfect hotel for what we wanted. It was a short 10 minute walk from the train station so very easy to get to when you get off the train from the airport. The hotel had a lovely welcoming feel and the decor was quirky with a luxurious feel. We loved it. The bar downstairs was a lovely space for a cosy drink too. The room was very comfortable. Comfortable super king size bed. Very nice coffee machine with pods rather than the cheaper sachet type! The decor overall was superb. Great shower - very modern but with character. Breakfast was superb and I am so glad we included this in our booking. There was everything from continental style breakfast. Pastries. Cereal and yoghurt. Hot items - eggs, bacon etc. and fresh tea and coffee etc. We loved it! My only negative would be that I wish they had re filled the coffee pods each morning. I wouldn’t drop a score for this though. The hotel was ideally for walking about. No canal views but close to wherever we needed to get to.

Stayed with two other couples Saturday to Monday and honestly couldn’t fault the place. Check in was a breeze, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and comfortable and very stylish. Mini bar with some free inclusive items, bed comfortable albeit a little soft for my personal taste, bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing! Breakfast could be busy but very nice and a lot to choose from, staff again very nice and helpful. Location was perfect, easy to get to centre and all shops and bars, not far from the train station to airport either. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Absolute gem in the city center. The room has all you need in which the bed and shower are top notch. Great for business trips, couples or families. Staff was very helpful and friendly to make my stay complete. Location is great as it is in the centre and next to public transport. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location in the heart of Amsterdam.....2 minutes walk to Dam Square and all services (shops, restaurants, public transportation etc.)....our room had no view, but we always stayed outside....doesn't matter. The only complain: very much noise for inhouse works from 7.45 in the morning next our room....

I stayed here for 2 nights with mum . The hotel is in a great location and has friendly staff on arrival . The hotel decor is absolutely beautiful. Our room was very comfortable ,again the decor was great . The hotel is being renovated and the construction sounds were heard during breakfast . This didn’t bother us . During breakfast we did ask for vegetarian options such as vegetarian sausage. We were told by a kitchen worker that there is only chicken sausage , he then walked away . The Kitchen staff didn’t come across as particularly helpful or friendly . Still breakfast was enjoyable . Our room wasn’t cleaned when we requested it to be but we were not overly concerned . On arrival back home I received a call saying I owed the hotel 3 euros for a mini bar item . An item which I didn’t have . I explained this and received an email saying no charge will be made . The next day 3 euros was taken from my account . I questioned this and explained I wouldn’t try and rip the hotel off for 3 euros .(I’d already paid mini bar costa ) I then got an email saying a refund has been issued (hasn’t come through yet ) All in all I did enjoy my stay and would probably stay again .

We had an amazing stay here for a long weekend. The location is perfect and right in the centre. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable with everything you would need (safe, mini bar, snacks etc). Special shout out to the staff, who were all exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They really made our stay feel special.
