Excelente ubicación

Quiet and nice area. Great view. But the heat did not work and the bed was horrible. No double bed, just two very small mattreses next to each other which slipped appart with the tiniest move. The bottom ones were covered in plastic (so was the door handle. Very weird). Our sleep was terrible as we felt we would roll out of bed with the slightest turn. No breakfast so keep that in mind if you’re a morning foodie!

The view was what we were looking for and yet they were doing renovations on the building. The view was completely obscured so we couldn’t appreciate the view at all. We were put on the first floor right above the entrance, but the sliding entrance door was so loud when someone entered and exited the building that the room vibrated, waking me and my spouse up constantly. We probably won’t book there again.

great location and the canal view made up for the tiny room, lack of breakfast, powdered instant coffee, mon working thermostat and weird smell. Great view!

Great location in central Amsterdam, comfy bed and cute decor. The room was a bit cramped (no place to put a suitcase except the floor), but modern bath facilities. Our main critique: 2 of my daughter’s gold rings disappeared from the nightstand while we were out our first day, with only housekeeping entering the room. Front desk staff acted disinterested in our complaint but asked me to email the manager (which I immediately did), and I requested no further room service for the remainder of our stay. I can’t prove that one of their housekeepers is a thief, but I am 100% certain that the hotel management has no interest in responding to such guest concerns. It’s a week later and I’ve yet to receive a return call or email, and we’ve since returned home. A bit of a costly lesson for my daughter to use the in-room safe.
