Great stay and nice location in Amsterdam, only small minus point was that the room was a bit cold to my taste but otherwise nothing to complaint about

My partner and I stayed here for our first ever trip to Amsterdam to celebrate her birthday. We loved this hotel! Luca from the front desk was so welcoming and very friendly with lots of suggestions of things to do in the city. The hotel is quiet, safe, clean, and we will definitely be back!

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Reception was SO friendly and receptive. The amenities at this place are pretty cool: one of the bigger and better hotel gyms I've ever seen. They had a spa and sauna that we used (just have to book a time at the front desk). Our reservation came with breakfast... which was made by a chef in an open-style kitchen right in the lobby area, and it was delicious. We had a waterfront view from our room, which by the way our room was MASSIVE compared to any other hotel I've ever stayed in Europe. Very much more an apartment feel than a hotel feel, which was a plus for us. Beautiful mid century modern feel. Perhaps the one thing to note is that IT IS a bit of a trek into city center.... About 10-15min walk to a bus or tram stop and then a ride into the city. We actually walked all the way in one day. But the advantage of being a bit away from town is that it's very quiet and easy to sleep. Also... the day we were there, the hotel was throwing a party in the lobby for their re-branding party, so free drinks and photobooth for us. :)

They don’t do cleaning every day. I asked them to do room cleaning every day and all they did was take out the trash. Second time I asked them they cleaned it but not fully. Third time I asked to clean they forgot again and then when they did clean it was horrible. Room was also super hot. Window was faced towards a residential neighborhood so the whole city can see you in the room. Terrible stay wouldn’t recommend.

Quiet, well away from tacky Amsterdam. Lovely service and a great room. Surrounding area was interesting too.

Staff was wonderful kind and attentive. Food and bar were very nice and the location was close enough for a quick Uber or a nice walk. Was also far with away that it was quiet at night. A perfect location!!

Location was absolutely wonderful, close to everything by walking and public transportation. Was super quiet, made for an excellent sleep and the view of the canal was wonderful to wake up to in the morning. Kitchen was well equipped and groceries a 5 minute walk away. Very much enjoyed our one week stay.
