It must of been a new takeover for Wyndham. Its not a Wyndham standard. It says there are restaurants on site. There are not! There is a small room for a continental breakast. Toast, cereal, coffe juice, reconstituted scramble eggs, sausage and a waffle maker that stuck. You are a long ways from town, if its summer, wouldnt be too bad a walk, but in winter, i wasnt walking those steep hills in a foot of snow and ice. I tried calling for the shuttle fron rge airport for over 30 min. no answer . Took a cab. But was able to take the shuttle on my return trip, just pre arrange at the front desk. I had a king suite. Its a seperate bedroom/ living area. A kitchenette with 4 burner stovetop, microwave, mini fridge. No cutlery or dishes. I was on the 3rd floor. Above the lobby. Vaulted ceilings. Basic overlook was decent. Then upon a closer look. Its years beyond needed an upgrade. Bath tiles are old, chipped and grout is falling out. I think they must be having a laundry shortage. 3 large towers, one handtowel, 1 washcloth. I asked for an extra blanket and was given that top sheet cover for a duvet. Asked for extra handtowels, never got them in my 4 nights. And had to go to the lobby for a roll of toilet paper. Staff was nice, but i get the feeling there is more behind the scenes.

The location of the property was convenient but upon arrival there was some sort of rally session and stereo showing going on right outside. There were cars playing there stereo systems as loud as possible showing off who had the better system. Also we had housekeeping walk into our room about 3 hours before check out time without knocking .

The most excellent manager along with a very capable staff went the extra mile to make my three night stay outstanding! They are the epitome of hospitality! Thank you! I can't wait to come back!

Wanted a little getaway to get some rest and sleep well being next to the boiler room sleep at night was not happening didn't check out refreshed was more lagging then when I checked in

We had a snow storm. My rental car was stuck. The plow driver that was attending the lot had a breakdown. He made sure to get me dug out by hand. Staff had obviously told him that I needed him and he went the extra Everything about staff and hotel was great. The location and view beside ship creek is quite nice, too.

There were people working on the roof over or by our room #325. Noisy, not able to rest. The 2 lamps in the bedroom did not work properly. One lamp had a broken switch, so was unable to turn it on. The other lamp turned on, but would not turn off. We unplugged it from the wall. Staff was very friendly. Smiles and helpful. The room or suite was clean and larger than we had expected.

Down in the industrial area. A little hard to get out of. Train nearby and you could hear the horns. Really not that bad and I would stay there again come summer. Nice access to the bike paths. I keep my house cool and the heat was pretty intense for me. That’s ok.

Service is excellent. Staff is attentive and accommodating. It’s a bit out of the way to walk for food or drinks but shuttle service would take you up the hill upon request Hotel is dated and there was a clump of hair on the shower wall. Rest of the room was clean. Lack of receptacles for electronic devices. Should provide adaptors. Beds were comfortable.
