Great location just across the road from the stunning beach. Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Common areas of the hotel are well appointed, but rooms are average with bathrooms desperately in need of refurbishment. Not sure when the hotel got its four star rating, but it’s definitely inferior to the Bahia just down the road, and felt more like a three star in comparison.

Recently stayed accompanying a wheelchair user who had an appointment at the hospital. The disabled room was well equipped and disabled parking available by the door of the lift that goes to all floors. Also they allowed us to leave the car there while we walked to the hospital after checkout. Staff friendly and the hotel was very clean. The beachfront location is great as you have a large selection of restaurants and bars close by yet no bother of noise at night. The only negative was that the hot food in the breakfast buffet was cold but that was forgiveable as the buffet selection was varied and you could tell a lot of effort had gone into it.

Staff at all levels outstandingly good in helpfulness, cheerfulness and general smiley nature. The only thing that let it down for us was our total inability to connect with the internet in the hotel’s WiFi. Two iPhones and two iPads could not connect throughout our three-days. In the end we had to use our mobile signals. Shame because everything else worked well for us.

A brilliant location where you can watch the Atlantic waves roll in if you book a sea view room.Unfortunately, decorations/refurbishments were being undertaken on the 6th floor where I was located having asked for a high floor.No mention of this by the reception staff. It is extrtemely easy to take a bus into the old town which has a completely different vibe to the "*****" on Victoria beach.

The photos on trip advisor don’t do the place justice. It’s actually nicer. I was recommended this place and VERY glad I stayed here. Very clean, excellent location. Get the breakfast included in your room—great choices and you won’t be hungry until after siesta! Hop on hop off bus stops next to the hotel so it couldn’t be more convenient. Also very nice staff in the restaurant—Jacqueline was great. Plus other amazing restaurants only a block away. The front desk, Carmen, was wonderful! She was beyond helpful and kind. I will definitely be back!

The professional staff makes this place great. Carmen at check in can give the best recommendations on restaurants and she will make reservations. The hotel restaurant staff are also amazing, just ask for Jacqueline. The breakfast has a great selection of nicely prepared food, a great start to the day. The room is clean. The location is great, excellent restaurants within walking distance. The beach and the sunset are beautiful. Enjoy!

Enjoyed our one night stay. Superior room with stunning sea view. Warm welcome and useful information, including a walking tour. Beach towels handed to us at check in. Late check out not a problem (gold level). Breakfast buffet good. Highly recommended - 5* plus.
