It was directly opposite what we expected,rooms are poorly maintained.no fridge,AC was broken,flush was poor,no water in washroom. Beach what they say is quite far and opposite to main road.. Breakfast had too limited and poor taste however high price.. In this hot summer they have no AC in either reception or in restaurant.. Checkin they want after 12 PM but check out by shart 8 AM

Totally run down property. Poorly maintained rooms with terrible lighting, gaps in doors inviting insects, erratic positioning of air condition with hardly any cooling, shabby bathrooms with broken tiles/fittings. No Wi-Fi in rooms. Food is just average, no AC seating area..!!

Property is not maintained properly, they r building new rooms nearby, if u need anything, atleast 4 to 5 times u need to call, No swimming pool even though website mentions pool facility, food was horrible, I found lot of cockroaches in dining area, bottom line, it's worth 2k per night

Could have been better in terms of room lights and security. Staff was good. Breakfast buffet Can have more options for north Indians

Unclean property. The common toilet near the reception was dirty. We had stayed at Lagoon 1. The room was very very very poorly lit. The mirror in the bathroom had so ***y stains and scratches that the face was not even visible. The beach is safe but is a rocky one ( full of rocks )

Dont opt with high expectations... high price but low quality.. rooms not clean. No recreational facilities.. food below average.. No swimming pool. wat thy mention in website n wat thy have is different.

I happen to book this place via make my trip and on booking I realised this maynot be the place I would like to stay in Havelock. MMT did mention that the booking is non refundable, however I checked the hotel policy and realised that as long as you cancel a month prior they will not charge you. To confirm the same I direct call Symphony and the lady said that absolutely we have no issues cancelling as long as make my trip does not have an issue. With this thought I reached out to make my trip and they on the other hand said we have not yet given the funds to the resort so if they email us that they have no issues, MMT is ready to refund in full as I called 2 months in advance. I then again reached out to Symphony and they reiterated that MMT would not allow the same. At this I got very agitated and I tried to get both on the same call. At this instance Symphony's hypocrisy surfaced where they were not agreeing to cancel my booking. They I got connected to their Symphony group director, who convinced us that staying in Symphony is just the right decision and apparently we were upgraded due the various miscommunications and we will get the best that they have. Interestingly, when we reach two month later we were told that the resort received no such communication and we were given a room that was dated and definitely did not justify the price we paid. We then called the director who at that point denied the confirmation and on presenting his own words to him did he then finally upgrade us. Now the best that they had also did not justify the price unfortunately, My experience with Symphony in Havelock was just traumatizing and its a shame that in a place as beautiful as Havelock I and my family had to deal with all this. They came across as scammers to me. However, I would definitely like to mention that the staff (by which I mean the help there in Symphony waiters, waitress) are some of the nicest people I have met. Thus the one star!

Good property with beach access.I booked a lagoon suite.Though suites are old but are decent and comfortable.We mostly took North Indian food and it was good and tasty.Ambience at beach side was good especially at night. Morning buffet breakfast is good and has a good variety. Overall it was a comfy stay and staff was polite and cooperative.

Worst property with so ***y insects like cockroaches, rat and lots of chipkali .pathetic food with arrogant staff specially ***oj.hate the resort will not recoomend anyone hate itttttttt never gooooooo worst completelyyyyyyyy specially kids dont have any activity to do
