"Hello, I booked a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in South Carolina Anderson through Ctrip. Today, upon returning home, I discovered that the hotel, without my permission or prior notice, had packed up all my personal belongings from my room 306 and moved them to the lobby area. I believe this is racial discrimination; why would a hotel catering to Chinese guests have their belongings dumped at the front desk without notification? I am currently still in my normal check-in status; I have not checked out and have not received any phone calls, text messages, or emails. What bothers me even more is that when I inquired at the front desk, the staff avoided the issue, even hiding inside and refusing to communicate directly, without providing a reasonable explanation. As an international business traveler, I feel extremely unsafe with the hotel's handling of my belongings and am concerned about the potential impact on my personal valuables, documents, and privacy. I have taken photos and preserved evidence of the incident. I hope Ctrip can: 1. Assist in immediately contacting the hotel management to handle this matter. 2. Request a formal explanation from the hotel regarding why they moved my belongings without authorization. 3. Confirm that my belongings were not lost or mishandled. 4. Assist in protecting my rights and safety during future stays. 5. I request a free room to sleep in; it's already 10:30 PM, and I still can't sleep. Thank you."

"I’ve stayed there multiple times, but I would say that this room was probably the worst because I think it was being renovated or something. There was a huge hole in the bathtub and the walls weren’t even painted, and I mentioned it to one of the customer service persons, but they didn’t seem to have a problem with it."
