「Hotel was nice and clean. Hotel seems to be undergoing renovations. The only inconvenience was I had forgotten my hairdryer and there was not a hairdryer in the bathroom which I found to be odd because almost every motel/hotel have hairdryer’s in their bathroom’s. Overall it was a nice stay. I would stay here again if I needed to.」

「If you are stopping in Clinton TN while traveling and you are just looking for a decent place to lay your head and get some rest. This place is fine. Nothing special, nothing bad. The staff are a nice family. The room is clean, serviceable, and has comfortable beds. Lowest price of the 6 or so choices in the area. I would stay again.」

「I have stayed here a few times and the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. There were a few cosmetic issues in the room and bathroom. The walk-in shower had a bath mat that had not been taken up and cleaned in a very long time as there was mold all in the drain holes of the bath mat. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay here again if needed.」

Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, dine together indoors at the table for four or indulge in an al fresco experience out on the deck, and then settle in for movie nights in the lower-level living area, or build a fire in the main level fireplace and spend some quality time together. Back outside, enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub, hike on the many neighboring walking paths, and then head to the firepit in the yard to roast marshmallows and count the stars in the night sky. This home is less than half a mile from Anderson County Park where you'll find a swimming area, picnic area, boat launch, and playground.

Enjoy the clean waters of Norris Lake, a premier lake of the Southeast, with this cozy 2nd floor studio suite in a residential area. Our above garage suite sits less than 250 ft from our private dock in Fisherman's Cove on a gentle slope. Unless you are in a very low car, you can drive down to the dock. A Stand up Paddleboard, kayaks, and large water mat are provided for your use free of charge and a tritoon boat and jet ski can be rented for an additional fee. * Additional tritoon/ski info at bottom.
Located 10 minutes from Exit 122 on I-75. There are many marinas on Norris Lake with restaurants, bars, boat/PWC rentals, fuel, and live music nearly every night of the week between Memorial and Labor Days! We are within 10-15 miles by water from most of the popular spots--including Stardust, Sequoyah, Shanghai, Whitman Hollow, Waterside, Norris Dam, Springs, Deerfield, Mountain Lake, Twin Cove, Sugar Hollow and the Jumping Bridge (Cedar Creek). By water, we are located between Sequoyah Marina and Anderson County Park. The suite will sleep 5 comfortably, but we have an inflatable mattress to accommodate two more. It features all-new bedding and furniture, including one queen bed, one pull-out sleeper sofa (queen), one pull out sleeper chair (single), dresser, chest of drawers, and large LCD TV (with Dish), and gas grill. It will seat 12 adults and travel ~32 mph depending on load, and will pull most towables, wakeboarder or slalom skier. It has AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth/USB connectivity, GPS Chartplotter/fish finder, popup changing room, bimini top, and large overstuffed furniture and sunpad. From May 1 through Labor Day the rent is $360 per day + gas. Any additional days receive a 10% discount. After Labor Day through April, we rent the boat for $285 a day. Just bring it back with a full tank of gas. There is a refundable damage deposit of $250 required. I can add the tritoon as a "fee" due before check-in. If our dock is not available (see below), the boat will be docked at nearby Sequoyah Marina. We also have a "JetSki" (PWC) for rent. Enjoy the clean waters of Norris Lake, a premier lake of the Southeast, with this cozy 2nd floor studio suite in a residential area. Our above garage suite sits less than 250 ft from our private dock in Fisherman's Cove on a gentle slope. Unless you are in a very low car, you can drive down to the dock. A Stand up Paddleboard, kayaks, and large water mat are provided for your use free of charge and a tritoon boat and jet ski can be rented for an additional fee. * Additional tritoon/ski info at bottom.
Located 10 minutes from Exit 122 on I-75. There are many marinas on Norris Lake with restaurants, bars, boat/PWC rentals, fuel, and live music nearly every night of the week between Memorial and Labor Days! We are within 10-15 miles by water from most of the popular spots--including Stardust, Sequoyah, Shanghai, Whitman Hollow, Waterside, Norris Dam, Springs, Deerfield, Mountain Lake, Twin Cove, Sugar Hollow and the Jumping Bridge (Cedar Creek). By water, we are located between Sequoyah Marina and Anderson County Park. Guests have access to the entire house, there are 2 parking spaces at the street (for cars or a boat) and 2 spots at the top of the very steep driveway. Please drive slowly to the left of the storm drain highlighted in orange spray paint.

You are welcome to bring your own boat/jet ski's.

The cleaning fee you pay is for cleaning and sanitizing the home between guests. We ask that you are respectful of our home and the only check out cleaning we ask is for our guests to wash-up and put away their dirty dishes. You can hand wash or use the dishwasher. Please bag up your trash and take it out to the receptacle at the bottom of our driveway.

Lower Level: 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen. Full bathroom, washer/dryer, and direct access to the patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, an air fryer & a popcorn air popper. For the Windrock riders and Norris Lake boaters, Pollyanna Ridge has a HORSESHOE DRIVEWAY for easy in and out for your trailers. Whether you're exploring the area or simply enjoying a quiet night in, this property has everything you need for a memorable stay. There are too many places to explore.
