安徽省宿州ダブルツリー バイ ヒルトンホテル

今まで泊まったホテルの中で最悪のホテルの一つです。しかもヒルトンホテルです。室内のセントラルエアコンの温度は27度で、昨夜は25.5度まで上がりました。サービスポイントはレストランに与えられます。プールはまあまあですが、それ以外は特筆すべき点はありません。

蘇州に出張し、ヒルトンを選びました。環境は他のヒルトンホテルと似ていましたが、サービスはいまいちでした。チェックインは夜10時過ぎで、シーズンオフで宿泊客も少なかったです。フロントに充電器があるか尋ねたところ、「ない」と言われました。5つ星ホテルなのに充電ケーブルがないなんて、どういうことでしょうか？これまで数多くの5つ星ホテルに宿泊してきましたが、こんなことは初めて聞きました。また、部屋にはハンドバッグがありませんでした（自分の荷物と服は持ち帰りました）。フロントに電話したところ、バッグの業者からは提供されていないとのことでしたが、クローゼットの中にランドリーバッグはありました。チェックアウトの際、滞在について尋ねられました。「良い経験ではありませんでした。ヒルトンブランドを利用しているのに、サービスはあまり歓迎的ではありませんでした。唯一改善の余地があったのは、荷物を片付けた時に受付係が車のドアを開けてくれて、丁寧にお見送りしてくれたことです。」

We stay at this DoubleTree once a year when visiting family, as we chose it expecting the level of cleanliness and standards associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. During a previous stay, we found a used condom beside the bed. Since then, we have always requested extra attention to room cleanliness. This year, despite that request, we wake up every morning to find a visible layer of dust accumulating on the tables and surfaces, which strongly suggests the HVAC filter in the room may not be properly maintained. This raises serious concerns about housekeeping and overall maintenance standards. Additionally, we have repeatedly noticed guests smoking inside the hotel, including in non-smoking areas, which further affects comfort and air quality. These recurring issues make us question whether the hotel is able to maintain the standards expected from the Hilton brand.

Have stayed at this hotel for night during recent business trip. The experience has met my expectation in terms of location, cleanliness, service and facilities. Would stay here again when visit Suzhou Anhui next time.

Very good hotel

Although in a smaller town it's a perfect place to get out of the big city and relax. Within walking distance there is a large beautiful park by the water that also litt night with walking trails. You can find benches to?plop down and read a book by the water. There is a spa in the hotel, but I walked down to a little shop a half a block away for a reflexology foot massage that included the he'd neck and arms and was quite reasonable. The hotel had a pool that was clean and maintained with windows. It offered room service but I walked down to near the local Wanda plaza to enjoy local food.

來宿州旅行入住希爾頓逸林，全五星實至名歸。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品舒適；配套設施完善，酒店環境清幽；工作人員服務周到有禮貌，辦理入住快捷，情侶入住很舒心，強烈推薦！

有三角洲公園遊樂場充值卡:，給我我沒要。酒店非常好，老牌五星級。
