Odada yastık yoktu. Temiz değildi. Kumandadaki piller çok eskiydi ve hasarlıydı ve birisinde pil yoktu.

I booked and paid in advance for a room in this hotel through the aggregator service. I had a confirmation of my reservation. They didn’t check me into the hotel and they demanded that I pay an additional 250 liras!!! How is this possible? My room was already paid for in advance. If the cost is different, you should resolve this issue with the aggregator, not with me. I waited for a decision for 2 hours, but after 2 hours I was again asked to pay 250 liras. This is the worst hotel, the worst service. They don't need anything except money. There are better hotels nearby at the same price. But never again to this hotel in the future!!!

Tuvaletlerin klozet kapakları kırık. duş başlığı bozuk su hortumun başka bir yerinden geliyor. Müşteri diyaloğu sıfır. kahvaltı açık büfe ama ben çok erken gitmemem rağmen çok beklemiş bazı ürünler özelliğini kaybetmiş. İstediğiniz kadar alabiliyorsunuz çünkü hiç kimse yok tabiki de bunun devamında hijyen yok. Birinci gün rezarvasyon yaptırdım 250 tl ikinci gün kendim bizzat otele gittim 270 neden dediğimde biz bu sabah zam yaptık ama internette aynı fiat ayağımızla kapınıza kadar geldik ondanmı dedim siz bilirsiniz dendi. resimlerde gösterilen odalarla alakası yok baza denen şeyler kaygan formika dan yapılmış yataklar üstünden kayıp düşüyor. çarşaflar temiz ancak çok yıpranmış
