Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück wurde serviert aber leider nicht so üppig. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch wird es grade renoviert und die Möbel werden ausgetauscht. Man muss dem Personal bescheid geben, wenn das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll. Leider wussten wir es nicht. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city. It corresponds to its price. The room is clean! I recommend this hotel!

Good location for being closed to guggenheim and the modern art musuem and is also next to the tourist info center as well. About 20 mins walk to old town, but you can hop onto the nearby tram stop with frequent service to get to old down in 6.mins via the tram.

Отель расположен очень удачно. В номере чайника нет, чая кофе нет. Бутилированной и другой воды нет. Жили на последнем этаже, стены в трещинах и в ванной тоже, видимо крыша протекает. Белье чистое, только две бутылочки не понятно с чем толи шампунь, толи гель. Плохие, но есть тапочки. Кровать мягкая.

Love the location ...walking distance to Guggenheim. Hotel clean and comfortable.

You will not be disappointed if you stay at this lovely hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant downstairs is charming and delicious. Just to be clear, it's not the hotel restaurant, but is literally steps from the entrance. Next to that restaurant is a friendly convenience store, in case you forgot a thing or two. About a three minute walk from the hotel is a wine shop with very knowledgable staff. There are also pharmacies within easy walking distance as well as an urgent care should you need health help.I will never stay anywhere else if I visit Bilbao. Also, the views from the room are beautiful.

素晴らしいロケーション。清潔で設備の整った客室。近くに駐車場あり。価値がある。ダイニングまで歩いて行けます。部屋からはグッゲンハイムが見えました。

This was a very good hotel. There were NO unpleasant surprises. All needs were met.
