I came all the way from Korea and stayed at this hotel during my trip to Annecy, and it was truly an excellent and wonderful experience. Everything about the hotel was perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Jose welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness. Every time we met him, he was friendly, helpful, and always willing to explain things and make sure we were comfortable. Even though we had traveled such a long way from Korea, his warm hospitality made us feel completely at ease and genuinely welcomed. The location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is right next to Annecy train station, which was incredibly convenient. We arrived by train from Lyon and were able to leave our luggage quickly and start exploring Annecy right away. The hotel is also very close to the beautiful lake, restaurants, and many of the places we wanted to visit, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. The hotel was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially loved the beautiful views around the hotel and the scenery around the train station. The atmosphere was so pleasant and beautiful that it honestly made me wish we could have stayed longer. Mr. Jose’s was incredibly warm and considerate toward every guest. Even seeing how kindly he treated a guest’s dog showed me how naturally caring and thoughtful he is toward everyone. If I ever come back to Annecy, I will definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Excellent location. Clean room. Unfortunately, there is no air con until June.

酒店對面就是火車站，非常方便。陽台的景色也很開闊。衞生各方面都不錯，總體滿意。順便説一句，安納西真是個美麗的地方，應該住個幾天，適合放鬆。
