We have been downgraded as the room we booked is not available! However, the hotel made it up for us by providing a free half board option with another room to our very late check out.

Hello My reservation was a kind of transfer night due to my stay at Six Senses . Hotel is located just next to the Beau vallon beach - one of the best public beach in the Seychelles. Villas are completely not my style - I felt myself dirty while staying there. Food is totally untasty . One of the waiters shouted at me what I have found really surprising, as immediately i told here there will be a big complaint about her from my side. The only advantage of the resort was one lady from the front desk. She was extremely helpful - because of her a get back my MacBook which will have left in the airplane.

I was looking forward to this trip for a long time and I thought I made the perfect hotel choice. in all the presentations it appears as 5 stars, but it is not like that, - maybe 3 to 4. It really has access to the beach, a lagoon with fine sand, very beautiful. The rooms are large and airy, with an open bathroom, only the toilet is separate. There is a kettle for water, coffee and tea, a safe and a large, spacious terrace overlooking the ocean. The pool would need a renovation, it has pieces of tiles missing. The problem is the staff, for whom there are no guests, they are indifferent, they don't smile, they don't ask if they can help you with anything - practically it's as if they don't exist. If you have a problem they certainly won't solve it. So choose another hotel..

Very dated property. It is marketed on ******* as a 5 star resort but it’s not. There is access to beach but beach is not good enough and there are no sun beds. There is no air conditioning in common areas. Even the ceiling fans in the restaurant do not function. This made the breakfast time experience really painful (Seychelles is very hot and humid). Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is at ideal location with beautiful view. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, but the dining staff was very rude. I had lunch at La Cocoloba bar and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Don't recommend this to anyone

We ate lunch here one day and went back for dinner on our last night. We had a wonderful bottle of Rioja and started with spring rolls and a perfect Greek salad. For mains, my wife had the tomato pasta and fries, fast becoming a favourite in the Seychelles, and I had a seafood pizza, which was up there with the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Service from Clanny and Samantha was excellent and friendly and as the sun set behind the stormy clouds it was the perfect way to end our trip.

Nice resort at the far end of Beau Vallon beach. Good facilities including a gym, nice pool and very nice buffet breakfast. Restaurants were nice but expensive. Beau Vallon beach is great and has good swimming, snorkelling, bars and restaurants.

The most beautiful island ever! The hotel was perfectly positioned on the most beautiful beach on the island. Lots of dining possibilities close by. Breakfast buffet was exceptional! Lynn the operations manager was so friendly, so professional. Always a good morning to greet us every day. Cannot say enough good things about this resort. Would go back tomorrow if I could. Will really miss the hotel and the people. For taxi service call Andre. Lives right across the street! Great rates, great service!
