Everything was fine. We have been here 2 years ago and the rooms seems to be renovated and looks very great and it's clean.

The penthouse I got is spacious but it never clean for my 6 nights and no change bedding at all it hasn’t have a kettle for tea and coffee eve asked for the refrigerator small it never get cool, the air conditioner it was central it wasn’t option , no blankets. The bathroom boiler it was rubbish you can’t mixed hot and cold water. The there is no to have breakfast or lunch in hotel even around it but maybe good for self-catering if providing cooker and cabinets other problem communication in English however it was quite very away from market and center and sea.

Hotel staff in amazing and super nice, help you with anything you need! Room nice and clean, we stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect!

I recently stayed at the Flamingo Residence and I really enjoyed my stay, the resort was quaint and cosy, good AC system, balcony view was amazing facing the mountains and the swimming pool was really good. The staff were so friendly and professional and helped us with everything, I highly recommend this resort.

We book ourselves for 6 weeks . Picture on website not like inside. Rooms are very dirty , walls with stain on them . Kitchen with no working fan just one pot and one frying pan . No utensils, plastic plates. We end up buying everything wine glasses chopping board , mixing bowl etc. When I complain to Manager ( Woman with long curly hair ) she rudely answered me That’s how is in Turkey . That’s not thru cos we stay in other fabulous places in Turkey. No good morning or nothing. You just treat like a number . After my complaints Manager she even didn’t look at me at all for rest our stay. Internet very poor working only in living room . After all we decided to break our stay there and go somewhere else. We arrived to the hotel room and the smell of the room was so strong and bad , we couldn’t stay another minute . We tired to open all the windows and balcony door however we couldn’t get rid of the horrible smell. The bed sheets had stains all over them and also stunk. The pictures of the properly on this site is all false and does not look like this in real life . There is no beach outside and the pool also looks old and dirty .

We stayed 4 people and had one double bed in the room. Ended up sleeping on a sofa which did not look clean and was extremely uncomfortable. Prices of food including snacks were a stupid charge and left me without nothing to drink. Rooms did not satisfy me at all. The hotel says all inclusive but did not even give us water or anything to drink in the rooms. Did not satisfy my needs as a hotel and definitely will not recommend. The only good thing about this hotel is the immaculate views the area offers of the mountains. But i am sure ‘konyaalti’ the area of this hotel offers better options nearby.

The location is not crowded and at the west part of antalya..for me it was convenient ..there is many stores and shops around the hotel..but you need a car ..there is cleaning every three days ... the apartment was good and clean...the price was a good deal...the staff are helpful and can provide you the help you need

Worst stay ever. The room is available on the sixth floor where the lift doesn’t go. The room was dingy and smelled the whole time. I literally stayed for 15 mins but couldn’t bear it anymore so had to leave the hotel. Its far off from the main city. You can get better options in the same amount. The pictures are very misleading.
