ホテルの大きなスタジオの 1 つに滞在し、ホテル内のレストランとバーだけでなく、地下ガレージの利便性を高く評価してから 6 年になります。今回はホテルの２階にあるジャルダン・ポーリーヌを望む「スーペリア」のお部屋に宿泊しました。テラス、モダンなバスルーム、ウォークインシャワーを備えた約 33 平方メートルの広さが気に入りました。小さな冷蔵庫とケトルが用意されており、すべてがしみひとつなく清潔でした。ベッドはとても快適でした。 5 分ほど歩くと、Juan les Pins の正面に到着します。幹線道路まで歩いてすぐのところにバス停があり、反対方向のアンティーブまたはカンヌ行きのバスが発着しています。鉄道駅もあります - 徒歩10〜15分です。私たちはレストランで朝食、昼食、夕食を年中無休で数回食べました。メニューはエレベーター内に掲示されています。それぞれのコースで料理を 2 つ選ぶというシンプルなスタイルで、アラカルトもあります。シェフはセンスの良い盛り付けられた料理を届けてくれたと思いました。スタッフは素晴らしいです!!例外なく笑顔で親切です。ストレリチアがこれまでと同様に優れていることに本当に満足しており、必ず戻ってきます。

この物件に来るのはこれで 2 回目です。 1回目は素晴らしかったので2回目も試してみました。今回はバルコニーなしの部屋を選択したとは思いませんでした。そこで、受付係にもっと支払うように頼みましたが、それは不可能でした。 15号室はこれまでで最悪の部屋です。掃除婦が毎朝早くあなたを起こしてくれます。オフィスの部屋はこの部屋の上にあると思います。私たちの上を一日中ハイヒールを履いた女性が歩いていました。この休暇は気楽なものではなく、ストレスを感じるものでした。再度変更をお願いしましたが、NOでした。

最悪なホテル。6日間（2023年8月19日～25日）広いアパートを独り占めしました。最初は大丈夫そうに見えましたが、1日目にアパートの床が汚くて、足が黒くなるほどで​​した。また、アリがいっぱいいました。滞在3日目～6日目はエレベーターが動いていませんでした。荷物など一部の荷物を7階下の階段で駐車場まで運ばなければなりませんでした!! また、チェックアウトは午前10時と早すぎました!!! レビューではもっと良いものを期待していました。このホテルはお勧めしません。最悪です。追伸：部屋のアリと動いていないエレベーターの写真を添付し​​ます。

I recommend this hotel. Close to everything, quiet, clean and very nice rooms. We were friends and stayed for one week. This we have done for several years. We'll be back next September. The Strelitzias will be our first choice. Good value for our money.

We found the hotel with only alittle detour thrown in and that's mainly thanks to google maps loosing GPS signal. We drove up into the forecourt to unload the bags and once checked in, I had to move the car to the rear of the hotel to access the underground parking, which infact meant driving around the block and doubling back on myself to get to the entrance.. no big drama to be fair. The hotel lobby and reception area is nice, and well appointed. The room was large and refurnished to a decent standard but it's obvious to see the architecture is old. Obvously not as nice as the pictures portray but comfortable nonetheless. The seperate toilet was clean but completely devoid of character. Hang a picture or an artificial plant, something...! The bathroom was better but the lit mirror was spontaneous due to a faulty wiring and the bathroom shower seal was ineffective allowing water from the shower to spill out onto the floor which is a pet hate. Towels were a little wash worn, but there were more than enough for the three of us so no issues here. We ate out so I cant comment on the breakfast, which was just a tad overpriced in my opinion. Overall, a good stay but for the price, I was hoping for better.

Very comfortable and nice hotel to stay in, specially with the family. Near everything, clean and quiet service. Michele is excellent in sorting little issue to our convenience. Would recommend it and will stay again next visit. A washing facility is available at 4 euro, very good option for long time traveling.

Room was clean. Staff were so friendly. Price is affordable. It would be my first option in case I go to Juan les Pain

We stayed here recently for two nights, having stayed before a few years back, as it is convenient for where our friends live in JLP. This time we were rather disappointed with the hotel. It does need refurbishing as the bathrooms are somewhat dated, although everything was in working order, which is something positive. Our room was large and clean but also rather dated. The hotel is quite noisy, with doors that bang and a very noisy lift which unfortunately was right next to our room and I would recommend you check this when booking in at Reception. Speaking of Reception, the staff were always busy taking telephone calls and rushing around, hence it was difficult to catch their attention - the most annoying thing for us was that we asked them if we could book a taxi back to the airport, to which they replied yes and we said we would organise this later in the day. When we got back to the hotel we asked for the taxi approximately 45 minutes before we needed it and the women on Reception said that she would book it. We waited a while for her confirmation and heard nothing, so asked her again, did you book the taxi (language barrier not helping) to which she replied that she had not............(she'd obviously forgotten) so then we asked her a third time to book the taxi and were getting worried as time was moving on and we had a flight to catch. She then told us the taxi would be 5 minutes but it never materialised and we had to ask a 4th time to which she replied it was not her fault that the taxi had not arrived and that she would "try again". Eventually she made a telephone call and (cutting it very fine) the taxi did arrive All this was very unprofessional from a hotel Reception.

We were very disappointed, because the hotel was in the expensive class and the ratings were great. We were met with a very formal a**osphere where you shuold present your Covid-pass every single day. This seemed out of tune with the lacking hygienic standard. Running a moist cloth on the table, but also the chair! Why not use an alcohol spray? The breakfast buffet was poor. Cheeses were wrapped in plastic which was the dominant taste. Rather tasteless specimens, when you consider that France has 400 lovely cheeses. We ended up buying our own cheese for the variety. The smoked ham was grey not red seemed old, tasteless. The cooked ham which is best moist was hard and dry! I tried one bite, tasted old. The fruit bowl was only few days attractive as the black bananas featuring for 3 days did not help your appetite. The two best things were a soft-boiled egg and freshly pressed orangejuice. The waste room was a chaos as the hotel had not marked the containers so everything was dumped in all containers. Even though the hotel flashed the 17 UN-goals. Feeling un welcome was perfected with a check-out time at 10 o'clock!
