I would like to mention the Staff! Mathieu Boutrus went over and beyond to help us out. No task to big or small. Also the rest of the staff that we came into contact with included Camille, Sarah and Camille. There was also the night time Staff which I did not get their names. All of which did an outstanding job. Several things that are important to us is the comfort of the mattress( slept like a baby) the water pressure in the shower 🚿 Great ! Pillows and duvet were so comfortable as well. Their breakfast was delicious too !

ゲゲストI first stayed here in October 2022. I’d intended to write a review saying that it was “fine”, a solid 3.5 rating. I stayed again in January 2023 and I’ve changed my mind. This property is actually kind of perfect! It’s not luxurious (it doesn’t advertise that it is) but it IS clean, safe, conveniently located and filled with all the things you need to work or play. This is a perfect option for those who want to rent an apartment but may not feel comfortable using one the big named private rental companies. On both my visits I was there for work and play. Half of my days were vacation days and I didn’t spend much time in the room but the other half were days where I worked remote so I spent about half the day inside the room. I rented a two-person studio. The space is small-ish by American standards but right in-line with European standards. It had separate spaces for dining and working (although I used the dining table to work because it was more comfortable for me). There are LOTS of outlets in the room and the Wi-Fi is really good. This came in handy because I was working remote and it was critical to be able to easily power my equipment (laptop, portable monitor, camera, cell phone and earphones) and stay connected to my work in the states. The bathroom is fairly large. There is a full kitchen with standard appliances and all the dishes and utensils one would need to make a complete meal. I don’t love the coffee maker in the room, but it’s fine because there are several cafes within walking distance and there’s a Starbucks nearby too, if you’re so inclined. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Everyone I encountered spoke English, which came in handy because my French is kind of terrible. The neighborhood felt safe. I often walked to the market after dark and never felt unsafe. There are two Metro lines within a 3 - 4 minute walk and there are many bus lines within a 6 minute walk. There are at least two markets within 3 - 4 minute walking distance and also two pharmacies. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s far enough away from the touristy stuff to feel like you’re living like a local, but you can quickly and easily get to the touristy parts of town. There is a laundry room onsite which comes in handy for longer stays. The machines seemed a bit pricey for me but they may not be. I haven’t had to use a laundromat for a number of years so the prices could be standard (I believe they were 5.00€ to wash and 2.50€ to dry. Laundry detergent is included). The machines do a good job of cleaning and take about an hour each. Breakfast can be purchased daily. Coffee is free. I didn’t purchase the breakfast but it looked like a decent spread with many good options. The front desk also has a small selection of foods, snacks and wine for sale. They’re a tiny bit more pricey than at the local market but they come in handy if you need something quickly after the markets have closed. There is no daily room cleaning, although you can pay for it. I
Our Atelier apartment offered so much more than most small Parisian hotel rooms. Here, you have the space to move and live, you can actually eat at a dining table and not in bed, you can walk around comfortably and not just around the bed! The apartment is cleverly designed with plenty of living space and light. Comfortable and tasteful, beautiful interior items and Paris guides with valuable tips! Nothing was lacking; the apartment is fully equipped. It's the ideal place to stay for foodies; everything you need to cook for yourself is there; from microwave oven to mixer, from dishes to juicer, from toaster to Kusmi tea. A 10-minute walk away is Rue de Martyrs with all the delicatessens, chocolatiers, pastry shops, specialty bread shops, vegetables, canned goods, etc. And Bouillon Pigalle is only 5 minutes away if you don't feel like cooking yourself. There's so much to see in this lively area but with the metro just a 1-minute walk away, the rest of the city is easily accessible too. Safety is paramount here; to access your apartment, you must open 3 doors with a QR code. Tip; it works perfectly when used with your phone and the brightness set to the highest level. There's a safe in the room, nice. And you can safely store your luggage in a luggage room that is only accessible with that QR code. The two lovely ladies who run My Maison in Paris Montmartre are not always present but always available if you need advice or assistance, so nice! You don't just want to stay here, you want to live here! We'll definitely come back.
This was a very good pic. The studio room was spacious, had a nice kitchette, and was quiet (it was on the back side). it was very clean and thoughfully laid out and mostly in good shape. It was modern, had an iron and ironing board.. You can pull out the table for eating tucked under the desk. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was a problem with the in-room safe I reported. The maintenance guy came quickly but couldn't fix it on the spot, so I reported it and I guess they will find a way to fix or replace it. The staff at the desk was cheerful and attentive to needs and questions. The two elevators were good-sized and pretty fast. The location is in a lively area close to the Marais and Republique. Access to one metro line a few steps away and easy walking access to two more lines. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars around as well as a variety of nice shops. One caveat - the room did not appear to have air conditioning. They provide a fan for the room, but that probably won't be enough in mid-summer.
