Most guests find this comfortable, but if you have specific accessibility needs or require a wider entrance, we kindly ask you to consider this before booking. We welcome all guests and want everyone to feel informed and at ease.Guest Access & Parking InfoYou’ll have private access to the entire apartment including all bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces. You’re also welcome to enjoy the backyard, with the exception of the garage.For parking, you may use the two spaces on the right when facing the building:One spot directly in front of the garage, One spot immediately to the left of it. The remaining two spaces (marked P2) are reserved for the upstairs apartment. If you happen to know the guests staying above, please only use the back staircase with their invitation.Extras to Make You Feel at HomeWe’ve stocked a CD collection for your listening pleasure—please enjoy and leave them for the next guest. You're 20 minutes from the San Juan Airport (SJU), 20 minutes from the ship docks (a location perfect for cruisers).Uber is available on the island. (Heads up: No Lyft in Puerto Rico.)IMPORTANT: Please use Google Maps for directions. Apple Maps may take you to the wrong street!This is a residential neighborhood where local families live and work. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum on weekday evenings out of respect for our neighbors.Smoking Policy:No smoking indoors, please.
