Hop on the trolley line to enjoy Beale Street nightlife, watch the famed Peabody Ducks conduct their daily Duck Parade, or catch the NBA’S Memphis Grizzlies at the Fed-Ex Forum. You are encouraged to read.Because our calendar is blocked for you, and our concierge services begin the instant you book, we have a strict no refund cancellation policy.For this reason it is recommended you purchase trip insurance. However, under special circumstances,we reserve the right to allow you to use paid dates within a year blocking peak dates.Identification will be required from the booking agent, who must in turn provide The Shaws’ a guest list including names of guests to occupy property in case of Emergency. Our only third party bookings or for company’s only. We do not accept any payments other than VRBO platform. Any false information provided during booking can be cause for termination. NO CHECKS! If smoke is detected a fine will be assessed.Exterior cameras will monitor and record at each location for suspicious activity that disturbs the quiet peace and enjoyment of both our guests and or our community. Social areas are provided on the premises. No loitering outside of those areas will be permitted. Should it be deemed necessary for ANY police involvement for ANY reason that will be cause for immediate termination of this agreement without any refund or compensation and lead to immediate eviction.
