タージ ホテル(Taj Hotel)

the hotel cancelled our booking because it was busy season (eid holidays) and lied to us that the fault lay with Agoda, the platform from which we booked the tickets. They said that they had no relationship with Agoda while the fact was that they were still on it and we showed it to them. but they neither gave us the room nor acknowledged that they goofed up. it was so busy that we could not find a single hotel room in Aqaba and had to go to wadi rum and sleep in tents.

Incredibly well mannered and professional team run an exceptionally clean and well organised hotel - 7am breakfast is a huge help when planning trips - right away, you know you are in secure hands - a pleasure to stay there. Excellent location - close to the sea front, yet strategically located a little away from the energy and activity of the resort.

Very friendly Atmosphere from the onset. Mohammed at the reception was very helpful, very informative, gave us tips and advice, recommended places and how to ge there. The hotel staff overall has been amazing, could not have had better service than them. Top class service.

Very friendly and young stuff, big rooms, good price, nice accomodation were the best sides of hotel. But there are some disadvantages such as noisy construction activity next to hotel (mostly at the day time), old bazaar which you has to be passed every day. Anyway i will be back next time.

Taj Hotel is a great place to stay in Aqaba, with large and comfortable rooms, a complete breakfast, nice location (close to the beach, several restaurants, stores and supermarkets), and a very friendly staff. It was the ideal start for our trip to Jordan.

In the down town, everything is close. It was a little noisy until 23 o'clock but after it was ok. We could not hear the muezzin in the morning. Linen were clean, two rooms suite was clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice.

The hotel is very well placed for the souks and the beach front. It is clean, tidy and tremendous value for money. The staff were wonderfully helpful. Special mention for Mohammed for looking after our team of 4 tired Jordan Trail trekkers!

Super accueil, l'équipe qui travail est très serviable. De très bon conseil pour des activités à Aqaba :divine, shopping... Niveau propreté rien à dire très propre. A recommander vivement. De plus nous sommes arrivés pendant une période creuse, ils ont surclassé notre réservation sans payer le moindre centime. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche de toutes commodités commerce, resto, marché ( très simpa), plage.

L’hôtel est bien situé mais les chambres sont petites et la vue donne sur un chantier rempli d’ordures la douche la puissance d’écoulement est très faible la télé et le frigo ne fonctionne pas et le personnel refuse de nous changer la chambre alors que l’hôtel et vide ceci n’ai pas un 4 étoiles mais 2 maximum
