マス デン ロケタ(Mas d'en Roqueta)

We stayed for 5 nights. We booked as there was meant to be a restaurant on site. Nowhere on the website did it suggest it did not open except for weekends. This is a deception. The man serving breakfast was charming. But breakfast was very plain and the same exactly every day. Overall you feel as if you are slightly in the way when staying here. Room dated, bathroom needs deep clean. As is often the case proprietors should try using rooms and viewing cleanliness from different angles. Bath overflow filthy, sink not clean around the plug hole. Typical of someone flicking with a cloth and not looking. No hooks for clothes in bathroom. A little shower gel provided each day in very cheap sachet. For one day nobody serviced the room (local holiday but not advised to us) so we had to go and find supermarket to buy soap! No drinking glasses provided, we had to go and buy those also). Noisy fan in bedroom (quieter ones are available). I have to agree with earlier comment that noise from the paddle board courts is disturbing, actually very irritating if you are sitting on the balcony or in the garden. Very little local information provided. Most restaurants, at least locally, closed at night and all day earlier in the week. So take knives, forks, plates, bottle opener, tea towels etc and be prepared to self cater without a kitchen. Oh also only bin is a small one in the bathroom. So take bin liners. I think this place has decided not ho be a hotel and you really get that impression. Maybe it was because it was the September but if your heart is not in it, please don't let people look forward to relaxing break and then not provide what you advertise. Our holiday was rescued. for my husband at least, by the local golf course. Here they were very welcoming. I'd not return or recommend which is a shame as the potential is there for it to have been lovely. Felt disappointed

Nice small villate, mountain style hotel. Would prefer this place again!

Lugar ideal para desconectar, masía pequeña con 7 habitaciones (la que estuvimos nosotros muy grande con balcón). Al llegar nos explicaron todo el funcionamiento de horarios y nos regalaron una bolsita con cosas para el perro. Por la normativa de la temperatura no podían subir mucho la calefacción (estábamos a 0 grados a las 21h de la noche). Aún así, pregunte si podían hacer algo sobre todo a la hora de duch****, ya que el baño es muy grande y no se calentaba, y me prestaron un calefactor de corriente (un detalle). Los alrededores son increíbles para hacer rutas e ir con perro y la casa es un encanto. El desayuno te lo sirven en la mesa, puedes repetir si te apetece de lo que quieras y es muy completo. Además se agradece mucho que puedas bajar con tu mascota al comedor. Recomendable 100% si te gusta el entorno de montaña.

Lugar precioso, con todo detalles, la zoba exterior muy bonita el servivio familiar y encantadores. Lo unico que eche en falta el alguna alternativa de platos em el restaurante , casi se presta mas unos embutidos o quesos de la zona. Los platos super bien elavorados pero quizas fuertes para una cena de verano El resto increible, preciodo y super super bien cuidado

se podria mejorar la insonorizacion de las habitaciones, se oye absolutamente todo, las conversaciones de los vecinos, y las camas todo y que son muy grandes son de muelles y hacen mucho ruido solo de sentarte. La decoración és muy bonita y la atención del personal super bien, el desayuno algo caro para lo que dan.

Recomiendo este lugar ya que dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia tranquila pero a la vez llena de opciones de ocio.el servicio fenomenal !
