バルネアリオ デ アルチェナ - ホテル レバンテ(Balneario de Archena - Hotel Levante)

- Was given just classic room instead of superior room (which was paid 30$ more), asked reception women for higher floor, she said no rooms. However after we call management she found a better room on 3rd floor, I can’t understand such attitude. - For spa zone needs swimming cap, which can be given for free, but they asked money for it, bad experience. Others experiences was just excellent!

This hotel is very worthy to visit! Ideal for having a relax stay. You have access to the swimming pools and also the hotel provide bath robes to go inside which is very handy as you need to walk outside. The hotel location is like a small town and the surroundings are very well looked after.

We have been members of Archena for many years it never ever disappoints This time we stayed at levante we try to alternate between levante and thermas. The service at the customer desk is incredible a smile and all the information you need. This time we would love to mention Sebastian and Zaira down at the thermal treatments in thermas hotel They were excellent A smile (even at 8.30am) a beautiful and relaxing Archena massage and all with great customer service Honestly it never disappoints The only negative aspect is that we go to Archena to relax we are teachers and we find it quite distressing in the spa pool with kids screaming and jumping and total mayhem at times I wish they could have another town or area because if it’s sold as a relaxing place it can be quite far from it when sometimes you have other peoples kids jumping screaming and misbehaving in an area where it is sold as a relaxing and calming experience .

Room was fairly small. Air con would not work and when reported to reception was told air con was switched off in the winter (it was 30 degrees) but having since read other reviews it appears there has been the same complaint/problem all year. it was really warm in the room even with the window wide open. The dressing gowns supplied were a grubby dirty white and very thin and small compared to gowns from other hotels. The shower was very difficult to switch from shower to bath and visa versa. The car park is quite a walk away and is charged at 8€ a day. The thermal bath is ok but crowded and they want you to pay 5€(Non returnable) for a small padlock which is 60 cents in my local shop ( I live in spain). Booked for two nights but left early and they tried to charge me two days parking until challenged. Would not return

We stayed in a pleasant and quiet room at the hotel, had a generous breakfast in the building opposite and spent the afternoon swimming and lazing in the thermal pools after driving through the beautiful Valle de Ricote. The whole place has a slightly old world feel to it which we enjoyed. The staff very kindly sent me my reading glasses which I had left in the bedroom. I would stay there again.

Archena is a Beautiful place the swimming pools are very big with good jets not really worth paying Extra for the lemon bath in my Opinion. There is a nice garden with shade from big trees. You can get coffee and snacks and just chill. We stayed at the lavante hotel was very Standard. Breakfast was disappointing and walked out after sitting for 15 minutes without any service It was are Anniversary so we booked meal in the À la cart Restaurant El Agua 4 of us only 3 got our starters and the main meal was so over salted it was not Edible. I know the Spanish over salt but to do that to a Château Briand is Sacrilege. Shame as it Ruined our meal. The whole place was under staffed and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Would not go back .

La ventana del baño rota entrando todo el frio, me resfrié y habiendo habitaciones disponibles ni siquiera nos cambiaron, la cama incómoda y almohadas viejas y chafadas , la TV tuvimos que usar el portátil, instalaciones absoletas, rotas y arcaicas, no me puedo creer que esto tenga 4 estrellas porque desde luego que quitando el Balneario que es maravilloso, no las merece, los recepcionistas pasando de coger el teléfono y sin aportar ninguna solución, para colmo viene el técnico a las 8 am despertandonos, no son capaces ni de esper**** ya que mas daba si nos ibamos

Mi experiencia en el balneario de archena fue bastante mala, compramos 4 pack de masaje,balneario y balnea, costó 390€. Dos semanas antes llamamos para reservar fecha y concretar hora de cada cosa y un día antes llamamos para ver si podíamos reservar mesa para comer en el restaurante y me dijeron que no se cogía reservas. Decidimos reservar fuera por no tener que esperar ya que era la semana de san Valentín y no queríamos estar esperando, entramos a las 10 y no pudimos usar muchas de los chorros ya q estaba bastante masificado, a las 12 dijimos de irnos a comer para venir a la hora de la comida y probar si había menos gente, cuando llegamos y pasamos la tarjeta para entrar no nos dejó y fuimos a recepción, la señora de recepción nos dijo q si habíamos salido a comer fuera ya no podíamos volver a entrar, que si comemos en el restaurante de dentro y llevamos el ticket si podíamos entrar donde le contesté que en ningún momento nos habían avisado de eso, ni en el correo que nos mandaron, ni en la página cuando lo compramos(se lo enseñé para que viera que no ponía nada), ni en el correo de regalo que solicitamos. Le pedí que me devolviera el dinero del masaje y del balnea del cual se negó y tuvimos que esperar a las 16.00 Nos dejaron entrar a las 16 para darnos el masaje usar el balnea del cual terminaba a las 18:00. Se supone que tú vas a un balneario a relajarte y a descansar,nosotros también íbamos de cumpleaños, fue un regalo para mi suegra y alfinal fue todo lo contrario pagamos y reservamos para un día entero y disfrutamos cuatros horas, sinceramente me siento estafada y engañada, por cuatro horas hemos pagado 390€ +parking de por la mañana de 5,15€ y otro de la tarde de 8€. Le pedí hablar con el director del cual no se dignó a bajar y dar la cara así que por teléfono me dijo que no podía hacer nada ya que política de empresa.

Nunca en la vida nos han tratado tan mal en ningun lado. Se equivocaron con la reserva. Llegamos a las 23.30 de la noche, cansados y agotados. Cual es nuestra sorpresa al ir a hacer el chek-in, no encontraban nuestra reserva, y cuando la encontraron no era en el hotel reservado. Reservamos en el Termas de 4*, y nos ubicaron en el Leon de 3*. Pagamos dos noches en uno de 4, 243.60€, no en uno de 3. Resulta que "no quedaban habitaciones en ninguno de 4*", cuando hacia un mes que habiamos reservado. El recepcionista nos trato con muy mala educacion, y cuando le sugerimos que nos devolvieran, minimo la diferencia, se enervo con mi marido. De hecho, volvimos a casa anoche mismo, y no hicieron nada de nada para impedirlo. La hicimos a traves de BOOKING, pero el que gestiona las reservas es el Balneario. Nunca en mi vida me he sentido tan indignada, maltratada, y humillada por un establecimiento al que he pagado hace un mes, para poder disfrutar un fin de semana.
