The Los Naranjos complex overall is clean,the pool area is spotless,restaurant and grounds well maintained,not many staff but those we met were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were very dissapointed with our apartment(2B) shower area not cleaned very well,light fitting rusty,no oven,1 hob ring out of order,wifi very temperamental, tv needed to be retuned and no relevance to channel list on wall,very basic utensils for a self catering holiday,dirty behind sofa in lounge,leaking aircon and aircon only in living room so bedrooms very uncomfortable during hot evenings,you can use the ceiling fans but the noise kept my daughter awake.one change of towels but no cleaners seen on a seven day stay. Shop on site is adequate but if you want a big shop you will need to taxi or bus. Restaurant on site is good but quite expensive and fairly limited menu although there is not a lot of choice within S'algar Resort.only one other restaurant of any note( Reina Isabel) where we had a nice breakfast but very poor service and expensive evening meal. It is very quiet and was ideal for a relaxing stay by the pool ,but if you're looking for things to do you will need to travel somewhere else
