Hotel Casale Milocca

Wow ! What an amazing hotel! As soon as we got out of the taxi we all felt we were in an exclusive spa retreat . A wonderful hotel . Tranquil is a word to describe it . Staff incredible. Rooms clean and beds comfy . And the showers BOOM !!! Power shower . The pool is just heavenly . The food is mainly produced on site . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here . We were three families and they treated us so well . Thanks to Ruslan and Marco for making dinner a treat . And to the wonderful chef . We will be back . Thank you 🙏

This hotel/resort was perfect. The staff always greeted you with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, from the fresh coffee to the freshly made omelettes. There are many other things for breakfast as well. They grow their own fruit & vegetables. We had dinner at the restaurant each night and every meal was enjoyable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and were neat and tidy. The shower was roomy and the water pressure was high, best we had in Sicily. The pool is very nice as well. The property is out in the country, so it is very quiet. But, it only took 25mins to get to Ortigia.

This charming hotel, built out of so much farming history is family run. They take pride in the produce they grow and put on the dinner table. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay lovely. They took us into their family. If you’re in this neck of the woods, book it, it’s delightful.

We really loved every aspect of this hotel. There are not that many rooms so I imagine that the resort is always quiet which was exactly what we wanted. Unlike many other hotels, the facilities are much bigger and better than the capacity of hotel, so it felt extra luxurious. The pool area particularly is just fabulous. Many different areas to sit in, lots of shade and protection and maybe 130 loungers for 20/30 guests! Our kinda ratio! The gardens are all beautiful and lovely to be able to see the fruit and vegetables served being grown around the site. The team go to enormous effort to look after the grounds and make sure everything is perfectly in place at all times, but in a non intrusive way. They have a bike rack of complimentary bikes that you can borrow to explore the area and the coastline in this corner of the world is just stunning! The resort is very disabled and infirm friendly too, with big wide open paths, no steps and easy access to pool. Restaurant, reception, bathrooms etc. It is the team that really make it though; Massimo, Maria and Sam are the perfect hosts who all have mastered the art of maintaining the enthusiasm of day one mixed with the experience of year ten, which isn’t easy to do but very much respected as someone who worked in the industry! Sam particularly was there to accommodate your every need, put up parasols, carry trays, fetch drinks, his attention to detail, and level of care was incredible. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

Just fabulous!! The room was so clean and wifi was great! The pool area is lovely and breakfast amazing. There are bicycles to ride and free parking. The staff are just wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. It is in a convenient and quiet area and is easy to find.

Nice hotel shocking housekeeping. Fridge,safe not working. No coathangers or loo roll,kettle. Had to constantly go back to reception to raise more issues. Got 2 comp beers. After all issues sorted nice stay. Breakfast and breakfast area great staff very friendly. Definitely not 4 star as advertised.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Hotel Casale Milocca with family. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the pool area beautiful and spacious, yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was very good, with the staff constantly replenishing. We also enjoyed the lunch served. Thanks to all the staff, especially to Beppe and Sara for being so helpful and always with a smile.

Lovely hotel on an agricultural farm. Basic but clean with amazing pool, great breakfasts and free bikes to go 1 km to a beautiful beach Aranella. The breakfast was served in a beautiful garden every morning - nice selection - most of it made directly from local farm.

We stayed at the casale with our two months old kid and everything was great. It's a very family friendly property. We also did a massage and we absolutely loved it. I would go back just to get a massage!!!
