I traveled with my girlfriend in January and it was the best experience I've ever had, I stayed 2 days and they were unforgettable. Very good atmosphere, excellent food, extreme sports and more. I would return without thinking

The air conditioners in the rooms did not work properly. All inclusive isn't as advertised. If you wanted name brand products you were asked to pay extra. A large percentage of the activities were closed. If you wanted to be transported within the compounds you'd have to wait at least 15 minutes for a ride. You're given a certain time frame to get the food that's offered. If you wait till the last minute you basically eat whatever is left & can't ask for anything else. They have people there trying to scam or force you into some membership for traveling. I didn't allow them to do that. I wouldn't go there again. They don't understand the concept of all inclusive & the website pictures are misleading.

El lugar de lo mejor muy cómodo, las habitaciones con todo lo necesario y una comida de primera, en los bares y restaurantes muy buena atención que hace de la estadía una excelente experiencia. ideal para ir en familia o con amigos hay diversión para todas las edades

Gratamente sorprendido por la calidad y detalles del Lugar. Vine por dos noches y me voy muy satisfecho y con ganas de regresar. Imperdibles el SPA 💯 y los deportes de aventura. El personal súper amables y siempre están dispuestos ayudarte. Temas a mejorar advertir a los clientes o colocar carteles para evitar el desperdicio de comida. Procurar mayores espacios para los animalitos especialmente el oso.

Es un lugar lugar maravilloso al que regresaría, su personal hace del lugar mucho más acogedor, se siente en casa, una gran casa. Algunas cosas que podrían mejorar, pero muy pequeñas. Lo más importante es el lugar y la atención de las personas.

El lugar es simpático, las habitaciones cómodas, la comida es variado, no te dejan entrar hasta la hora programada debes esperar en recepción, se recomienda planificar el transfer con tiempo ya que el último día no me consiguieron nada y tuve que pedir a otro huésped compartir el taxi hasta el aeropuerto por suerte me apoyaron, no les recomendaría más de dos noches.

El lugar es excelente. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal el muy atento. Si surge algún inconveniente siempre están dispuesto a solucionar. la comida es muy variada y se destaca la actitud de chef. El spa es para recomendar
