Nice hotel with good service. We only stayed one night and it is definitely not enough. Plan to be here next time!

Amazing place, relaxing, clean and near by the see site… Swimming pool in the flower garden… Great food and all the time lovely and supportive staff. During evenings you can walk on the beach or enjoy evenings shows. There is a lot of to do for kids any age in kids animation club. My kids enjoy it and find new friends.

Visiting this hotel solo for a week end of February. Obviously, it’s not yet season, most of the shops, restaurants and facilities are closed, and the hotel is no exception here, which is a pity, as I booked all inclusive. It’s a nice hotel, quite new and modern, at the beautiful Playa de Muro. I suppose it’s amazing in Spring, Summer and Autumn. Buffet restaurant is very good, I assume the selection is more varied as well in high season, but food quality, presentation and choice are good. Service is, well, I feel like most of the time, either in the Tramuntana Buffet Restaurant or in the only open bar, La Cerveceria, I’m wearing my invisibility cloak. On average it takes 15 minutes for a server to ask for my order, while families or couples are served immediately. Not sure if they assume I’m still waiting for my other party to join, but I’m not too pleased with this kind of trea**ent. Room (standard) is very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the safe is not functioning, and there is no remote control, in case I might want to watch TV. Mini bar is empty and fridge is warm - I did expect this differently for all inclusive. It’s very clean in general, and overall staff are very friendly. I haven’t seen much day and night entertainment, though. Maybe as well low season and not yet operational. One remark to the Gym and Spa facilities: for both, I must say, and I travel a lot to 4* and 5* hotels, it’s among the best equipped Hotel Gym and Spa I have ever seen. BUT: the maintenance of the equipment and overall hygiene in both areas are shocking. No towels in the gym, no Disinfection possibilities to clean the equipment before and after use, kids using the Gym as playground, which is quite annoying and could also be dangerous. Same for the Spa: for winter time way not enough lounge chairs, sauna and hygiene etiquette are not respected and also not enforced by the lifeguard personnel on duty. An example: someone swims, no shower afterwards and enters the sauna dripping wet without a towel! Others wear their slippers in the sauna, I barely saw people taking a shower before and after the sauna. Shower fittings falling apart when touching them etc. it’s a pity for these really nice areas that they are not well maintained. I’m halfway through my stay, maybe things are improving still, but I make them best out of it. Certainly a good spot for families in Summer (though I expect it to be crowded then!)

We stayed for a week with 2 kids 8 and 5. Entertainment for kids was absolutely amazing letting me cycle all week long and gave my wife a break. Staff are absolutely amazing, professional, helpful and try to do their best. Everything worked in the rooms. The hotel is a bit dated but i think everything else is totally worth it. Easy to rent bicycles across the street for cycling.

I had high hopes for this hotel as I'd had a wonderful stay at the sister hotel Cala Domingos the previous year. Unfortunately the first room was I was given had a severe problem with damp, the walls had clearly been recently painted with attempts to patch the damp, the smell of damp filled the room and the pillows and sheets were cold and damp to touch. I immediately complained to reception, they sent housekeeping down to me who laughed and said Mallorca was humid so that was the cause, believe me this was not the cause, it was clearly a major problem in that room and possibly others on the lower ground floor, those rooms get no daylight. Housekeeping merely plugged in a Glade plug in to mask the smell! I slept in the bed and woke up cold and wet, my clothes were damp, I've never experienced anything like it; I insisted to be moved to another room or another hotel as this room was clearly a health hazard. Thankfully the hotel did move me to another room, much bigger and brighter with no damp, the staff were generally great, food was fab, hotel was clean as it tends to be at Iberostar, but I'd advise against booking rooms on the lower ground floor.

Nice experience to have for solo travel! Great room and cleaning service. Food was quite good, lots of options. Enjoyed friendly staff, good language skills and always ready to help. Was only surprised having public beach there with extra charge for sunbed and umbrella.

I just got back from my vacation and I'm already looking forward to returning. I have been staying in a fabulous room with sea views where every morning I could see the sunrise. The hotel staff is very friendly, thanks to the special reception team who advised me on what to do and what to visit in the area. The quality of the food is superior and the cleanliness of the hotel makes it shine.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel for a week. Spacious and clean family room with sea view. The indoor pool was ideal for our children. But the outdoor pools and direct access to the beach were also nice. Good and varied food, in a large, but still quite cozy restaurant. Excellent service everywhere from the staff.

Very good experience: friendly staff, nice views, good food and plenty of choice! Couple of small points for improvement: - the technical stability of the app; - more free accessibel microwaves;
