It was our first trip to Porto Zante, having experienced the incredible first class hospitality it wont be our last for sure. The staff here from the moment we arrived until the final fare well were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The Villa was immaculately kept and maintained by the housekeeping staff. The food for breakfast and lunch time is served in the villa, the service and attention to detail setting out the table is perfect. Dinner we went to either of the two restaurants, again the staff were amazing, the quality and presentation of the food was Michelin star no doubt. Spa facilities and treatments are the best we have had anywhere in the world, the staff are extremely experienced, charming and professional. Whatever whenever we wanted anything done whether it be a trip of a drink, the reception/concierge staff were so pleasant and helpful, nothing too much trouble. For those seeking private accommodation, relaxing time away from crowds and publicity, immaculate service and hospitality, this resort is the place to be.

The Porto Zante Villas and Spa is an absolutely incredible hotel. My husband and I just spent 4 nights there and were floored by its privacy, its beauty and most importantly the incredible people that work there, who make you feel as if you are their only guests, smiling and tending to any and all needs you may have. Neda and Christina at the Front desk were incredible and Tamara and Dora at the beach were also phenomenal. From the moment you enter the double security gate, you are transported into another world with a totally laid-back vibe, magnificent views, delicious restaurants, a spa perched over the turquoise water, and the kindest most amazing staff. The hotel only has 9 villas, so the privacy and intimacy it affords is beyond imaginable. My husband and I cancelled our reservation at the Amanzoe to stay at Porto Zante, and I am absolutely thrilled we did so. While our kids are grown and didn’t come with us, most of the other villas had families with young children, and we were amazed how incredible the staff was with all the kids. Each day we ate our delicious breakfast at our villa and spent the mornings floating in our full-sized beautiful pool, and the afternoons on the beach at our reserved chaises and umbrella. The only time we ever left the hotel grounds was when my husband needed to go to a bank to get cash and the hotel sent a driver and Mercedes to take him there and back. A week after we left and got home to California, we realized my husband had left his AirPods ant the hotel outside of the case (shown on “Find my iPhone”). I sent an email and received a quick response that they searched everywhere and found the AirPods in the garden of our villa between the grass and the flowers and are sending them back to us by DHL courier! Such amazing service! My husband and I have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world, but this may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had, because of the amazing privacy and service. We absolutely cannot wait to return to Porto Zante, hopefully for a full week next time! Efcharisto (thank you) to all the staff at Porto Zante!
