クラウン プラザ スイーツ アーリントン IHG ホテル(Crowne Plaza Suites Arlington)

The hotel was nice. The only complaint I have it that I had my Do Not Enter/ Do Not Disturb (not sure which it said) hanging on the door when I went to the store. They entered anyway! I had money left out on the counter and other valuables that I didn’t have put in the safe bc I didn’t have time to throw it in there. They shouldn’t have entered if I put the sign on the door that said don’t smh

The staff was excellent. Our room was beautiful and had a separate seating/work area. Beds were very comfortable. The location was great - easy access to freeways, shopping, six flags…. Loved the atrium. I’d stay again and highly recommend.

The popcorn ceiling in the rooms with the very nice, modern bathrooms made it obvious that the property is an older property with some cosmetic upgrades. The location is convenient, the breakfast options were great, and the staff was super friendly.

We have been staying at this hotel a couple of times a year since 2009 or 2010. We may need to start looking elsewhere. Over the past 4 years, there has been a lot of construction around the hotel. However, that is not the hotels issue, but it kind of sucks that it has been going on for such a long time. Also, this time, we had ants in our room. They transferred us to another room without further issue, but still frustrating. Then, the elevators went out of order. They would not stop on our floor. We had to use the stairs the last 2 days. Staff is great, but only so much they can do.

We asked at the bar attendant if we can change one channel to watch the world series (Baseball) at the bar attendee was like um this is Sunday and it is for football, I was like we are patrons here. He was like I guess, we took our money elsewhere and ate down the road and watch the game somewhere else.

The person checking me in was a newbie or did not want to or was not interested in looking up my IHG number to give me credit. The breakfast was just so so.

I expected better quality for the price for sure. One blanket literally had a hole in the center, some of the towels were ripped and coming apart on the edge in addition to being stiff. I will say it was clean though. Sign out front falling apart, lots of construction which is obviously out of control of hotel but not mentioned online.

Hotel is a little dated but overall the stay was good. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The staff was amazing!
