Just ok

I really enjoy my stay, the only minor issue is that the wayer in the shower isn't hot enough as should be

I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy. There was a booking error and they refused to help. It showed we were double booked and they blamed *******. ******* blamed the property. The front desk clerk was extremely unpleasant & unprofessional. Straight up rude. We went to dinner and ******* called the clerk twice attempting to resolve the issue. The clerk even hung up on *******! Clerk advised she wouldn’t and couldn’t reach a manager or general manager. That there wouldn’t be a manager on site at all for a few days. The General Manager contacted me via email after we checked out and advised the issue was corrected. They never apologized for the way we were treated, nothing. Also, no breakfast, hall didn’t feel safe, I felt unsafe around the clerk. The outside area had an unsafe feel as well. There was a building that seemed closed & vandalized right outside the door. In the room the bathroom door wouldn’t even close. There’s something wrong with the door latch or something. The staff and manager had me in tears. They didn’t charge us twice & corrected the issue after checking out. The manager didn’t seem to care at all about the ordeal. We were in town for our daughter’s cheer competition, and they absolutely ruined the night. I asked for a refund due to all the circumstances and the manager refused and still didn’t show any empathy and was not apologetic. DO NOT HIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Very convenient to go watch the Cowboys vs Packers. We used the gym, but it was rather small. The staff was very friendly though.

This was a decent hotel to stay in very close to the AT&T Stadium. We picked this hotel for a couple things one because it was close to stadium to because it said they had breakfast included. Breakfast was not available the days we stayed because it was overbooked or just a lot of people staying in the hotel. I think maybe next time if they know that they are going to have a lot of people booking they should prepare and have enough breakfast, because that was one of the main reasons why we stayed there. Every hotel we stay we always looked to see if they have breakfast included.

Charge me the deposit left the place perfect and called the front desk to ask if they have breakfast and they said no turns out they do so we missed it.

Overall clean hotel. Room was small but clean. Only dislike really was the interstate noise. But was a quick walk for Dallas Cowboys game and staff was friendly, other guests were quiet.

Not happy about the $50 deposit but the rooms are always clean. Actually one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in in a long time!! I always visit this hotel when I have to do business in Arlington.

The room was great. Love to stay there both of our sons live in the area. They are stock brokers. My oldest son lives about 4 miles south of there. The other son lives west on hwy 30. The lady that checked us in was very rude. She almost made me say “ I don’t want the room I will go stay somewhere else.
