Service at frontdesk great, but food in restaurant not good. Chicken was raw, the other plate came cold...

Classy boutique hotel in the north of Armenia. Friendly service. Great room. Lovely views of the mountains.

Very good hotel, great location, amazing staff.

Way too noisy. I should’ve read the reviews before booking. It's 2:30 am and now I'm wide awake. It has been like this for the past 6 days. Invest in sound proof windows. And the bathroom pipes from the floors above can be heard after every flush

I was at a business trip on Sept/2022. The service is great and people is very kind. However, there were several issues that did not make my visiting pleasant. For instance, we did not have hot water for 3 days, and although I understand this can happen, no one said anything or even apologize and I had to find out by myself. Then, I only took 1 dinner and 4 breakfast at their restaurant and it has been, respectfully, one of the WORST culinary experiences I’ve had. The waitress is very inexperienced and doesn’t know how to treat customers. And most dishes are like experiments with the worst result ever. I certainly wouldn’t recommend taking any meal at that place, I’m very sorry to be so honest about it, but there is no way of saying a good opinion about that restaurant. Moreover, maybe I’m wrong, but a lamp of the room did not worked and seemed that for a long time the room has not been checked. On the other hand, the room is beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel is very clean and located in an excellent part of town. The staff was very friendly and everything went smooth. I will return to Isa Victory the next time I need an hotel in Armenia.

I stayed 2 nights with my new wife and we loved the place. It is right next to a mall so we had easy access to anything we needed and we got lucky and was able to park in the main parking lot on site but there are only a few parking spots there so we loved our spot and did not ever have to make the short walk from their other parking lot. The staff who took care of the complimentary breakfast were awesome and we loved the breakfast both days!! We enjoyed the sauna one night and really enjoyed using that and the next night we used the roof top hot tub but that was just ok, it took 4 hours to heat up and the jets were not massage power but just barely pushed the water power but it was still a great atmosphere to relax on the roof and talk in the nice warm water! Overall, we both enjoyed the room and location and the staff were great!
