エアポート ホテル シドニー(Airport Hotel Sydney)

This was the worst hotel I have ever encountered till now. We booked 2 rooms when we checked in one room was not cleaned yet. We tried to contact reception but there was no one at that moment. We booked another hotel for twice that price. Next day we talked to receptionist they said we need to ask trip for refund so we did. But trip later said us that the hotel disagree to refund because it was not smelly. I mean seriously? Isn't that the normal thing to refund when the guest didn't use the room because they forgot to clean the room and put us there mistakenly. This was so frustrating and my worst experience with hotel and trip as well. They offered us to refund like 2500 jpy which was not even half the price of the room we payed. And also we had to pay double the price to another hotel .

The property was good. We were disappointed as we expected to feed our 2 children in the advertised restaurant which was closed. Also the airport shuttle was not operating.

離機場不遠 挺方便的 住宿空間非常小 救急不救窮啦 哈哈 但下次會思考一下 在考慮要不要換好一點飯店 即便不方便。

This room was disgusting!! So filthy & unsure where to start with this feedback😖 The photos did NOT match what was provided. I tried to rebook elsewhere close by, but had no success at such short notice. Trip & any other booking agent need to review their online photos immediately. I was fearful that my belongings would be stolen while asleep or out & about. I was worried to have a shower, walk on the ground or fall asleep due to the uncleanliness. I didn’t feel safe to make a complaint on-site or request a refund while there as I had my 2 young children & was fearful of the repercussions. WH&S would have a field day here. Unsure why it was described as a “superior” room. The dust was an inch thick along floor edges & bedheads. The bar fridge & walls were filthy. The air vents & hair dryer were clogged with dust. The crockery & cutlery were either not washed or not washed properly. There was no cloth or detergent to wash them?? Pretty sure there was a pube hair on 1 of the towels!! Barely any water came out of the shower head. The unit reeked of rising damp. Looked like rodents had made a comfy home in the putrid bathroom vanity. 1 of the beds had black stuff sprinkled over it. The aircon stunk. There were no doona covers. Just awful. See photos.

We booked the Deluxe Double Room for a night, but it was very disappointing. Firstly the room looks nothing like the photos advertised. The room was dirty and appears to not have been cleaned at all with dust caked up in every location. The bathroom had a missing window, with water coming in over night due to rain. Overall it was a terrible experience. Will never go back again.

酒店距離機場幾分鐘車程，大約15-17澳元Uber費用。晚上九點好像最晚的checkin時間。前台很友好，我定了單人間可我因為行李多就請幫忙安排一樓，結果給的房間竟然兩張乾乾淨淨的床，一大一小，原來衹有一個單人床變成這樣也蠻開心。床品很乾凈。其他和普通酒店一樣。國外酒店普遍全部沒有拖鞋，牙刷。需要就自己記得帶吧

Need to pay $10 per hour after 10am check out time. The rest are perfect. Good wifi speed. Complimentary safe keeping baggage.

Would not book again. Room was dirty and looked nothing like pictures. Also came across a lot of Cockroaches during my one night stay.
