ホテル ホーヘ プロムナード アロサ(Hotel Hohe Promenade)

We really enjoyed this family-run hotel, which stood up and exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed splendid. The breakfast was rich and was only surpassed by dinner, that was delicious and catered to any tastes. The dinner menu was changed by the day and included highest quality fresh ingredients and a clever touch of the cook. Daniel, the owner and manager, was available and attentive to any question or need. We really enjoyed the hotel and would certainly return.

Very warm welcome for my one-night stay and immediately provided with details of the evening grill served to hotel guests which I booked and very much enjoyed (I am vegetarian). My room was clean and comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was also very good with a great variety of options. Definitely recommend this hotel.

There were four of us staying at the hotel for seven days. We all thought that location, rooms, breakfast, dinner, were excellent. When we had questions, support was always available and helpfully provided. Overall an excellent experience and good value.

Very well-run hotel that completely lives up to the glowing reviews. Stayed here for 4 nights as a birthday getaway and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'd never been to Arosa before, but will gladly come again thanks in part to our stay here. The hotel offers an ideal mix of top-notch quality and service with a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. Location is central and rooms are spacious, extremely clean and recently renovated. Very high standard for a 3-star hotel. We had a small balcony on the side of the hotel which had a lovely view of the mountains. Plenty of storage space is at hand and the modern bathroom had a great walk-in shower. Wifi worked well. The owners and all staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. We had half-board and were very satisfied with our meals. The food was high quality and well-presented, with enough variety to keep us happy. Compared to eating in town, the dinners offered very good value for money and drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast offered a good choice of breads, meats and cheeses, jams, yogurt, fruits, etc. and was enough to keep us going for most of the day. The birchermuesli was especially delicious! Probably the only small "negative" is the climb up the hill to the hotel at the end of a long day of outdoor activities, but it is well worth the few minutes of extra effort! :) Thank you for the great stay - we look forward to coming back again someday!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Familie Ackermann und das Team hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Salatbuffet ist besonders zu empfehlen. Auch dass wir während unseres 5 tätigen Aufenthaltes zwei Mal ein "besonderes" Abendessen (Raclette und Gala Dinner) bekamen war herausragend. Zimmer (Balkonzimmer) war gemütlich und sauber. Toller Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein perfektes Hotel für Reisende mit Hund. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch auf spezielle Wünsche wurde unkompiziert eingegangen. Vom Zmmer aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die bündner Alpen. Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Für uns und unseren Hund, jederzeit wieder.

Wie immer verlebten wir wunderschöne und glückliche Tage in Arosa und im HoPro. Die Familie Ackermann und ganz HoPro-Team machen einen ganz tollen Job und generieren eine Atmosphäre in der man sich wohl fühlt und automatisch zum Wiederholungstäter wird.

Von A (wie Aussicht vom Zimmer) über B (wie Bett), E (wie Empfang), F (wie Freundlichkeit), G (wie Galadinner), K (wie Käseabend), L (wie Lage), M (wie Morgenessen), N (wie Nachtessen), S (wie Service), U (wie Unplugged-Wein) bis Z (wie Zimmer) war einfach alles Toll und so wie es sein sollte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der HoPro Arosa. Es hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer immer sauber und das Essen ein Genuss. Speziell bedanken möchten wir uns beim Küchenpersonal, welches das Essen auf die Nahrungsunverträglichkeit perfekt anpassen konnte. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf die nächsten Ferien im Hotel Hohe Promenade in Arosa.
