A localização muito boa, muita tranquilidade mesmo para descansar e recarregar energias. A pousada é um local histórico, edifício muito antigo mas bem adaptado para receber hóspedes. Quanto ao pequeno-almoço, pouca variedade, fruta dos dias anteriores sem reposição e o mesmo para a comida que acabava!!! Devem melhorar este aspecto!

Vistas fantásticas. Piscina interior e exterior fantásticas. Manutenção geral em mau estado. Partes comuns sem grande limpeza. Pequeno almoço básico e com produtos de ma qualidade.

舊修道院再利用的旅館，特別的體驗，周圍大自然環境非常好，走路到Arraiolos小鎮，也感覺很棒！ 我們一群朋友入住，櫃檯僅一位工作人員，耐心處理Check in，服務好！

We hosted a family wedding at this Pousada. We were looked after very well by the reception and restaurant staff. Our guests praised the tranquil setting and historic character of the venue. The village also offers a couple of restaurants and is walkable if you fancy a change. Our wedding meal including traditional duck with rice was first class and the wines were highly rated by our thirsty guests. The bedrooms are large and airy and can be kept cool with the heavy shutters. Well done to all the staff.

A labyrinth of adventure and possibilities included in a magical place. The former male convent has an absolutely beautiful chapel. The view outside from the terrace looks upon agricultural terrain to fortresses castle to a small whitewashed village.

Very good location with a phenomenal view and framing where we can see a 360º view with a view of the castle. Excellent for resting, relaxing, great conditions of the hotel. In terms of 5-star service. The staff always very attentive, professional, available, and very friendly. Being a historic inn, it has many corners and very beautiful areas such as a church, large rooms, cloister with fountain, swimming pool is very generous, pet friendlly, etc.

Very peaceful place. The renovation of this convent is simply Amazing ! Each detail so nice. Amazing breakfast. Inside and outside swimming pool, sauna, just for the 2 if us at that time of the year. Very sympathetic employees. Just Magic. I highly recommend.

My experience at the inn was fantastic! My wife and I loved every moment we spent in Alentejo, especially being able to relax for a few nights in Arraiolos. Our stay at the inn was a highlight. It was a unique experience that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at Pousada de Arraiolos for a teambuilding action. Great breakfast and very friendly staff! The room was very confortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Would definitely book this hotel on my next time in the area.

Staying in a historic place full of history that was preserved is always something to retain. On top of that feel being well received is always good. The place is amazing, the people are friendly, definitely a place to return and enjoy not only the Pousada but also the Arraiolos village and the surrounds.

Amazing stay, at an amazing hotel with amazing staff. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious, with a beautiful view to the green fields of Alentejo. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very professional and kind.

Staff efficient and sympathetic, an excellent room with nice view on the countryside. Wonderful building with a beautiful decoration. The village of Arraiolos is very nice and has some good restaurants.

Our stay, three nights in mid March was thoroughly enjoyable and so relaxing. The pousada is lovely, the surroundings are beautiful and the room is well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is great, so much choice - where to stop enjoying. The management and all staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. If we could score the overall experience as 11 / 10 we would do so. The surrounding area is lovely - we enjoyed visiting Arraiolos, Evora and Estremoz. We were sad to leave however most certainly we will return for another lovely stay. We will be recommending the pousada to friends.

Fabulous Pousada, excellent service (obrigada Catarina S.), lovely facilities, gorgeous breakfast. Would love an onsite restaurant but the bar food was delicious and prompt. Hope to return soon to use the pool and sauna, likely in the summer

The pousda is a lovely 16th century convent which has been converted into a hotel, set in the middle of the countryside but just outside the small town. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. However, we were there at a rainy period and the hotel is too cavernous and a little soulless to be cosy for that. My greatest disappointment though was the way that the stunning and architecturally important church was treated. It was full of pigeons, nesting in the altar and perching on the ancient gilt statues. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, I was told that the management know this but there is little she can do as the church doors need to be left wide open for the guests. Why????? Can’t guests open a door? What will happen is that the pigeons will damage everything in the church despite the management knowing about it. Shame on them!!
