Breakfast was early but only few items. Nice location. Its very similar to the other bb hotel Nothing special

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Room was small for four people but so efficiently organized, we managed well. Beds were very comfortable. Room and hotel are very clean. I would go back if I was in Arras again.

We were arriving late and i was sent the codes for our room. That was fine but on arrival i couldn’t get in through the gate with my vehicle. So i went to look for help and the security guard was a very grumpy and reluctant to help me. He finally agreed to open the carpark gate for me and he walked the speed of a snail. Once in, i typed the codes in and paid the remaining balance and off to the room! The rooms where clean but absolutely freezing, i put the heating onto maximum and it run for about 3 minutes, no heat tho! It was so freezing in the room even the toilet seat was like sitting on a block of ice or one a public one thats in an out door block. After the first use i was desperately trying not to use it again because it was so cold. Even my daughter was cold and she is always boiling, she even asked for a cuddle to warm up! Its was freezing in there! The bed made a banging noise when we moved as if the legs were uneven and i tried to put things under the legs to help stop it and it was so annoying and i bet downstairs was annoyed too. I think if i wasn’t so exhausted after a day in Disneyland and then the 2 hour drive to here, i would have jumped i back in my van and found somewhere else! Sat nav took us to the hotel via an extra toll booth, so again an extra payment, magical mystery tour around what seemed like an industrial estate! Roundabout after roundabout, I thought it was going to be just off the motorway but it wasn’t.

There is no on site staff for much of the day. Any problems you are on your own. The breakfast was very average. This is more of s business person's quick overnight stay. There are resaurants within walking distance but nothing very special. It suited us okay and it is readonably priced.

Great en route stay thru France from UK. Good family room, clean, easy to find & park with boulangerie, supermarket & brasserie in waking distance.

Secure overnight parking and excellent value for a stop to break the journey

A fair priced good stay for a night. Tip: a clear direction-arrow where you have to tip in the accescode for entering your room at the reception-automatic.

Hotel was very basic but absolutely spotless. Only downside was the availability of reception staff as they were on short hours & it was a bit of a struggle to check in
