My wife & I stayed 3 nites, and the overall experience was amazing & forever memorable. The setting and vistas from our private, spacious, casitas, with wood fireplace, and patio was breathtaking, a great retreat, and comforting refuge. Wonderful breakfasts, an added intimate dinner, relaxing on the sun bathed patio, and in front of a fire, plus the warm hospitality of our hosts, Pat and Tony Goetz, could not be beat.

We just spent 4 nights at the Casitas. What a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday! We love the comfortable bed and our own private patio with a gorgeous view of the surrounding area. The gourmet breakfasts & good coffee are such a treat on our patio. We love to bird watch & listen to the near by quail. Pat & Tony are so friendly & accommodating. They often suggest restaurants & places for us to eat & walk/hike. The near by village of Arroyo Grande is a great place to stroll & shop. We'll definitely be coming back.

We have been coming here for years. It'e our favorite place! The Casitas are beautiful, elegant, comfortable and the perfect place to enjoy nature. Pat & Tony are so friendly and accommodating. Their breakfasts are so gourmet and delicious! Until next time....

The Casitas were the perfect get away after two plus weeks of heavy snowstorms in our San Bernardino mountains. We experienced calm, quiet and spectacular beauty at the Cielo Casita. Tony was the most gracious, kind and thoughtful host (including Kona and Luna). The hot morning coffee followed with a delectable breakfast. We enjoyed every moment and plan to return. Till then we have our handsome Casita mugs.

My wife and I have been visiting The Casitas of Arroyo Grande since 2013 with a total of six individual visits, and our most recent visit was to celebrate my birthday this past July. We live in Los Angeles area with high density of people/traffic, and the city life stress just melts away when we arrive at The Casitas of Arroyo Grande. The innkeepers Pat and Tony are very nice people and knowledgeable hosts with knowledge regarding varying things and activities to do in area. The beautiful fully landscaped private property has beautiful specimen trees and flowers inclusive of a smaller on site vineyard. The views from the elevated property from street are truly beautiful and relaxing. The four individually detached guest casitas have no common walls, very comfortable beds with fireplace, and private patio areas. The daily breakfast is brought to your private casitas is very delicious. There is also a solar heated pool on property. There are many birds on property inclusive of owls at night time. The weather at property is very mild due to relative close proximity to the Pacific Ocean. There are many activities in area such as wine tasting, hiking, golf, and trying different restaurants. We are definitely looking forward on a return trip back to The Casitas of Arroyo Grande.

I can’t say enough about the Casitas at Arroyo Grande. Pat and Tony are the most wonderful hosts. The casitas are so roomy and comfortable with only the best of bedding and furnishings. We will certainly be coming back.

Having to overnight for some waterskiing the next morning at Lake Lopez, We discovered the Casitas fairly soon after they opened. We had such a unique experience during that first visit, we've been going back just about every year since then. Why have we gone back so many times? It’s a really beautiful property in quiet and peaceful surroundings.. The warm, comfortable and beautifully appointed casitas with plenty of privacy. Absolutely delicious breakfasts. We've always been able to relax there from life's stresses. Wine country. Nearby activities galore. Lots of terrific restaurants. Kona. And because innkeepers, Pat and Tony, are such warm, caring and just plain nice people.

Great stay here. We were the only guests the weekend we went, so it was very quiet. We enjoyed staying in the Sonrisa casita, it was lovely. Tony and Pat are great hosts and very personable. The place is immaculate, and breakfast was yummy. Would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at the Casitas. Just 2 nights but it was excellent and very quiet. Great location for wine tasting afternoon trips and the breakfast by Tony is something to look forward to each morning. Many windows make for a light and airy room / suite, unlike claustrophobic multi story hotels. Pat and Tony will make sure you have everything you need, including a dinner reservation for us.
