Room smelled like old stale dirty socks. No discount or any reply after I’ve called and manager hasn’t been in

The people were nice enough and the bed was fairly comfortable for a hotel bed and that’s the only good things I can say about this place. I have only 3 requirements that a hotel needs to meet: it needs to be clean, have hot water, have toilets that flush (honestly, a comfortable bed is just a bonus). This place stuck out on all 3. The room smelled strongly of stale smoke which was a little ironic since it was made clear upon check in that we would be charged a $250 cleaning fee if we smoked in the room. That fee may get charged but I’m not sure any actual cleaning ever gets done. The room felt damp and dingy. The carpet looked like it hadn’t had a good vacuuming in quite some time and the tub had some gross looking stains. The toilet didn’t flush completely so when we woke up in the morning, there was a strong smell of urine. The icing on the cake was there was no hot water in the morning. Not showering wasn’t an option so I had an ice cold shower. If I had this to do over again, I would have just ****** it up and driven the 4+ hours home rather than stay here.

The bathtub drain was unusable, the shower head was stained with rust, the toilet was filthy. The room is in need of a renovation quite badly. To add to the evening's unpleasantness, we lost power for about 2 and one half hours. And the room was over $220.

I liked the location. Front desk lady is very nice. Hotel is not sound proof. Ver noisy in hallway. The whole hotel has currently lost all power. Not sure what’s going on. No backup lights either. Isn’t that illegal???

Quiet and safe. Hotel staff was sleeping in a room when we checked in, at only 8:30 PM!!! We had to call her to the front desk. No hairdryers in room. 😟😟 Hot breakfast choices were TERRIBLE! We grabbed a coffee and got breakfast on the road.

We were disappointed with our stay. No one was at the desk when we checked in. There was no elevator. When we got to the room, it smelled. We opened the window for fresh air. We then realized that the carpet was wet and smelled musty. The room was very outdated. The towels and sheets were very old and rough. The room was not very clean. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty. The breakfast eggs were cold and not worth eating. The whole place was very run down. We have stayed at other Americ Inns that were much better. We didn even get a copy of our bill since no one was at the desk again. Not a good experience.

This hotel is completely disgusting. There was dirt and dust everywhere, gashes in the walls, the sower was full of rust and the room smelled like an old dog. The worst was there was no hot water. When we complained to the front desk they didn’t apologize or offer a refund and instead just said yeah we don’t have enough hot water to go around on the weekend. Also the breakfast buffet was empty when we got there and they don’t refill it. Terrible for an expensive price.

The room was nice overall. The one complaint I have was the entrance at the opposite end of the building didn’t lock at night and was held open by tape. Honestly was not worth the price I booked it for.

We liked the convienience. However the back side of the motel needed cleaned up and a better breakfast would be great for the price.
