Very, very kind and friendly staff. We encountered a huuuuge hiccup at the airport that delayed us over 2 hours. Cuthbert waited extremely patiently for us and continued to have a positive attitude despite the delay. He got us to the lodge safely and quickly. Upon arrival, they stayed longer for us and we were still greeted with smiles and they quickly got us to our room. I can't thank this place enough for their patience and kindness during our travels. We were exhausted by the time we got to the place and they still upheld their positive attitude. We weren't here long, just one night, but had we stayed longer I have a feeling we would have felt like family after leaving. The next morning, they even had breakfast prepared along with coffee. Overall, this place may not be top of the line "luxury" but I can promise you, you'll be treated with the upmost hospitality, kindness, and respect from this team!!

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are wonderful. The beds are comfortable. They have a driver who can take you places in the area! They also are very helpful, they were able to give us another bed for our room! Not to mention the view of Mt Meru from the roof is outstanding. Definitely stay here if you are spending time in Arusha!

Lovely mid range hotel designed as a launch point for safaris and other activities in Northern Tanzania. Staff were incredibly helpful arranging brilliant last minute tours for me and the restaurant is fairly priced and good. Rooms are spacious and the bed was comfy. The safari in particular they organised for me was brilliantly priced, our guide (who works for the hotel) Eric was brilliant, very friendly and knowledgable and went out of his way to ensure us good sightings, very reasonably priced too! The coffee and waterfall tour organised by the hotel was well worth it too and capped off my wonderful visit to Arusha

I recently stayed at the Njiro Legacy Hotel in Arusha, Tanzania and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning views . The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a great restaurant with delicious food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arusha.

Best place to be in Arusha. They staff was really nice and the place really beautiful. It is also the safest zone in Arusha. I totally recommend it. Really good price for what they offer. Nothing bad to be said. No insects will bite you as they rooms are very clean

Very kind and helpful staff. Grounds are beautiful and rooms are very comfortable. Hotel is located on the way out of town. Only downfall is it can be tricky for drivers to find as it is a newer property

Booked this as I saw nice pics and nice reviews. Was not disappointed. This place is in Arusha. Well priced. We were given a warm Hakuna Matata welcome by the Legacy team and they went above and beyond. After a 7 day safari and a journey onwards to Zanzibar this place gave us the rest we needed for our next part of our holiday. They provide clothes washing facilities. The food is made fresh and expect them to take their time making the food. While waiting enjoy the grounds. The place has a secured gate and you feel very safe. The rooms are well kept and provide the relaxation you need. Breakfast was good and well catered. Lucy the manager went above and beyond and her other staff including Loveness and Stanley were very accommodating.

1:Best views 2:Best breakfast 3:Best place in town the bypass Road has helped as it is only 20 minutes to Arusha airport and 40 minutes to kilimanjaro and booking a transfer to them is much more cheap and they organised a day trip to Tarangire national park.
